50% of the time its a bad experience.. yet again here iam making another negative review due to getting a messed up order.. ordered my wife a frape.. was supposed to be large mocha. when i got the drive thru window i thought weird this looks small. didnt think anything of the fact it was caramel. when i got home she was mad saying it was a small!!!!! last time i came here i ordered a meal that they messed up and i could not eat and i was on the freeway so i was not going to turn back 30 mins to fix my burgers.. someone responded to that review to which i also responded and nothing happened!!! im truly done with mc donalds lol

Ordered on the app hopped in my truck drove the 2 minutes there. Approximately 6 vehicles ahead of me line was moving slowly finally 11 minutes later got to window was handed my drinks and asked to pull ahead it would be a short wait. Another 10 minutes later was handed my food. I checked the contents of the bag .They shorted me one sandwich I made
them aware and 3 minutes later they completed my order. Got home and the 1/4 pounder was cold and unenjoyable the daily mcdouble appeared as if the contents were thrown into a cup shaken then wrapped in paper sloppiest burger I have ever received.
I won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

Stopped here quite a few times and the quality and service has gotten worse each time. Employees will look at you at the counter and ignore you, they never fill the fry container fully and it’s hit or miss if the foods still warm by the time you get it.

Best McDonalds we have ever been to! Manager and staff were quite professional, friendly and conscientious. They bring your order to you here. Plus the Manager made conversation with us and pointed out to be careful on the wet section of floor just cleaned. We really didn’t expect this level of service and were pleased. It felt homey and more comfortable than most McDonald’s.

This location was perfect as I stayed at the rest area just up the road. Was able to get in and get out with my food and coffee that I desperately needed. The Mcgridle might be the best I’ve ever had. And kudos for the free Wi-Fi that I used to do all my Google reviews from my road trip.

So after getting parked for our order. The employee dropped our bag of food while on the way to our car. Turned around and went back inside. After more time we had to go in to get our order. They didn’t even start remaking it. The whole time the ripped bag of food was still laying on the sidewalk where the employee dropped it. And the manager was wandering around while on a cell phone. Ridiculous. No discount was offered. This ordeal took over 20+ minutes. Nothing but disappointment and regret. I guess I should have lower expectations.

This is by far the worst mcdonald’s I’ve dealt with. Every time we order something is messed up. My children have been given expired apples on multiple occasions. This time they didnt get apples or sauces at all. Management is rude as hell every time. I just saw another review about fries being half empty, that happens all the time at this location.

To the women that helped me with my app in the drive through…you were the most amazing employee at a fast food chain that I have ever encountered! I have never found an employee more helpful at any restaurant! Great food and this is the only McDonald’s that never messes up my order when I say “plain burger”!
