I had an overall good experience at Pho Bar Vietnamese Restaurant in downtown Orlando. The food was good–everything had great flavor and tasted fresh.
The only negative would be the Sticky Ribs they were dry and not too much meat on them.
The service was very good. Our server kept an eye on the table, made sure our water glasses were always filled, and checked in to see if we needed anything else. He even asked if I wanted another Tiger beer, which I appreciated.
It’s a small local spot, but that actually adds to the charm. The ambiance is nice and comfortable, and it feels like one of those places you’re happy to come back to. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

We visited Pho Bar Vietnamese Kitchen on a Saturday around 2:30 pm and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. There was plenty of seating available, and we were seated quickly. Ellie, our server, was very kind and helpful, she took the time to answer our questions about the menu and the different sauces, which we really appreciated.
The restaurant itself was very clean and began to fill up quickly after we arrived, which is always a good sign. We started with the Steamed Rice Cakes; I wasn’t quite prepared for the texture at first, but they were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We also tried Mama’s Egg Rolls, which were perfectly crunchy and flavorful, and the grilled mussels, which were fresh and tasty (a squeeze of lemon really brought them to life).
For our entrées, we ordered the Obama & Bourdain Noodle Platter and the Pork Chop and Rice Plate. Portions were generous, and the plating was lovely. We were having such a party on our palate that we completely forgot to take photos, but trust me, both dishes were amazing and very well executed.
The nuoc cham sauce deserves its own shoutout, it is out of this world. I could honestly put that on everything.
For drinks, we enjoyed a margarita and a bourbon espresso martini, both of which were excellent (and the margarita had the perfect salty rim just how I like it). We also kept things light with the Orange Honey Iced Tea and the signature fruit tea, both refreshing and well balanced.
Overall, the restaurant is lovely, perfect for a casual meet-up or even a date night. The décor is tasteful without being over the top, and the service and food really shine. I would absolutely recommend Pho Bar Vietnamese Kitchen and am already looking forward to our next visit.

From the moment we walked in, they made the entire experience feel welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Miranda was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing—she checked in at just the right moments, made sure our table had everything we needed, and explained menu items with patience and enthusiasm. You can tell she really knows the food and actually cares that guests have a great experience, which makes such a difference.
Maria was just as amazing—friendly, upbeat, and wonderful with recommendations. She has that rare ability to be both efficient and personable at the same time. Our drinks were always refilled, plates cleared promptly, and she never made us feel rushed, even when the restaurant got busy. Both of them worked seamlessly as a team, which made the service feel smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was how genuine they both were. It didn’t feel like “customer service mode”; it felt like being taken care of by people who truly enjoy what they do and want guests to leave happy. They were warm, professional, and clearly take pride in their work.

The service is great, and the food comes out fast. If you prefer more of a savory pho, Pho Bar’s broths are perfect. Not watered down and the noodles don’t stick together. My waitresses the last two times I’ve gone were Mikee or Miranda and they gave great recommendations on what to order.

Staff is 5⭐️, decor 5⭐️. The broth is super salty. Homemade noodles were good, but it’s not the noodles I would pair with pho. The meat wasn’t cooked well and was really chewy. Bonus side its got to pay twice the amount to have an orion which is alright as I’m happy to see a piece of home so far from home!

Overall a really good place. Food was quite good. Vegan pho was good but I missed a couple of ingredients like coriander. The house special pho was alright. Veg pho sauce was really good. Goo service. Parking can be very tricky and this place does get full on weekend evenings. This place is moderately noisy but you can hold conversations just fine across the table. Their chili sauce to spice up pho is bloody spicy so be careful. Pho portion is large and I would definitely recommend giving their homegrown noodles a shot. I liked them. Will definitely visit again. Recommend for date night or small groups.

Boyyy I’ve been to Pho Bar a couple times now and every visit has been amazing. The pho is always fresh, flavorful, and so comforting. Maria and Miranda are seriously DA best and the cutest. Maria is always cracking the funniest dad jokes and Miranda is super attentive and always refills my water w/ extra ice, just how I like it :p. They’re both patient, kind, and make you feel really taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The honey garlic wings are FIRE and the egg rolls also hit — easily highlights of the meal. Service was okay. Our server was solid but not great; we had to request drinks twice, which is what ultimately cost the fifth star.
