Friday at lunch time, I waited in the drive-thru for over five minutes. It appeared they were short-staffed, with only about three employees working. Management may want to evaluate staffing levels during peak hours to keep service running efficiently. The employees present were doing their best, but additional support would likely improve the overall experience.

Order a burger online, i get over there in about 5 minutes, not busy at all, 2 people inside waiting on food, and 2 or 3 in the drive through. 20 minutes later, i get a cold burger. Service was fine a few weeks ago, not sure what happened, but i wont be back.

If I could give this no stars I would. I have tried and tired to give them chances to redeem themselves cause I like Wendy’s but they don’t have a staff to run this location. I just sat at drive-tru window for 20 minutes for my order to be wrong. The last few times my order has been wrong. Like you spend 40 dollars just for it be wrong.

Of all the fast food places in this town the Wendy’s is the most consistent with quality and price per dollar. If you do not have the Wendy’s App you are doing it wrong. You can get a meal for five dollars like the good old days plus some bonus item on the side. All the free add ons and food I received this year was on point with saving money. I will most certainly be back soon.

This is one Wendy’s to avoid at all cost. To many friends have gotten food poisoned from this place. Plus, the workers are RUDE, and childish. Very unprofessional. This has been the worst food place in our town for years & every local knows to keep clear….sorry to the “out of towners” who visits this Wendy’s kitchen nightmare. Everyone local or 95% of the locals wants this Wendy’s shut down and replaced with a CLEAN fast food restaurant. To the owners= Get this dirty, unfriendly place closed down asap .

Friendly workers, but the food was not very good. We stopped around 11:00 in the morning and expected it to be nice and hot. 4 out of the 5 sandwiches we bought were cold and rubbery, like they warmed them up from the day before. Nuggets and fries weren’t hot either.

They made 3 orders wrong while i was standing there ordering, and mine ended up being wrong too. Flies everywhere mating, wonder where they’re laying their maggots every table was dirty looked back in the kitchen and there was food all over everything, floor covered in fries and other food stuff. I said to the manager i wanted a refund cause it was too dirty in here and she agreed it really needed cleaned . Who made her a manager… This used to be one of the best Wendy’s around now I’m afraid to eat there ever again.
