The reason I am giving a good review over the service is due to how great the Uber Eats driver and delivery was, otherwise the food really wasn’t good, the pizzas I ordered from here didn’t taste good, they were poorly made, and the sauces I got were really running no where near the actual garlic sauce you are supposed to get on the side

Pizza was good. Tried the Cheese Burger Pizza, it was Surprisingly good. Purchased a pumpkin pizza for the kids, kudos Papa John you did awesome job. Also BBQ Hawaiian pizza, That was delicious.

Ordered my pizza at 11:20 it has now been over 2 hours I’ve called multiple times and they claimed they can’t get ahold of the driver they said they are going to refund my card but that’s not solving the issue we live 10 minutes from the store and I would have happily drove to grab it if I had my car today but couldn’t and I called explaining that I will want my pizza remade if it’s cold because it doesn’t take 2 hours to deliver food that’s 10 minutes from your house the “manager” said it won’t be cold but that’s probably not true and then started yelling and arguing with me when all I said is that you need to get a hold of the driver or make me a new order and have someone else deliver it. My husband was also on the phone with us and told the manager to stop arguing with me and that proceeded to the manger saying I’m going to hang up which he then did.

NEVER RECEIVED PIZZAS! Man who answered phone was rude. Said I must have called a different store, claimed he didn’t have my order. His store location and phone number is on my cell and bank statement. REALLY MISTER? He wouldn’t help nor did he refund my money. I will never order from Papa John’s Pizza again. You don’t even deserve a one star rating much less be in business.

OK, look. I don’t order Papa Johns because it’s gourmet. I order because the kids love it and it’s the only pizza delivery in my area. THAT SAID, I keep going back (at least twice a month) because I have never had any real issues in the 8 or so years I’ve ordered at this location, and the delivery drivers are always amazing. The drivers go above and beyond, are always kind, respectful, and the treats for the doggies are always appreciated as well. The few times a delivery has been late, I get the free pizza cards in the mail, but that’s hardly ever. I hope they all are paid well, and people, don’t forget to tip your drivers! If you can afford delivery, you can afford a tip!

Save yourself the stress and DO NOT order from this location. I placed an order to be delivered on 8/9 at 12pm, it was never delivered. No one from Papa John’s contacted me to let me know it would not be delivered. My credit card was charged. I called and asked and the manager what happened, he told me he didn’t know because he was not working at the time the order was to be delivered and I had to talk to someone else, no one has called me back. This order was a gift and it is extremely embarrassing that it was not delivered and very poor service on Papa John’s behalf, very frustrating there is no explanation or apology from the store.

We don’t get pizza alot, we’ve use this location of Papa John’s 6 to 8 times in the past year. Order was always ready on time, the place was clean and the people were friendly. A good hardworking crew that should be commended for their customer service. The pizzas were, like today always excellent, well made, properly cooked. We’re thankful to have this place nearby.

Did they stop giving out the garlic sauce with the pizzas? Ordered 2 got none. My kid was super disappointed, and you can’t really check with the sealed up boxes they give you now. I’d have gladly paid extra for them if they changed something but no heads up on a policy change is a super disappointment. We ordered 2 weeks ago from forest hill and got them so this may be a location dependent issue.
