Did not order chicken parm with onions… yet here we are. After a really bad loss, the last thing I needed was a surprise onion ambush. Nothing like biting into what you think is classic chicken parm and getting hit with onions you never asked for.
The chicken was mediocre, the sauce was off, and the onions completely ruined the dish for me. When you’re already having a rough day, food should be comfort—not another disappointment. If onions are going to be included, that should be very clear, because this was not it.

Just stopped to grab something to eat, found a gem. Awesome customer service, even better pizza. BBQ Chicken was one of the best I’ve had. Definately stop by for a slice or the whole pie.

Mr Pizza is so inconsistent! I never know what I’m going to get when I order pizza from week to week. There’s one thing I know is I will not return after getting this garbage pizza. The crust was hard as a brick I fed the crust to my dog he was the only one that could chew the mess.

I have been eating from MR.PIZZA for over 40yrs and everytime I go there the service is worse than the previous visit. Orders are taken incorrectly, and when the orders are taken correctly, the food is poorly prepared. I feel obligated to order from Mr Pizza because this is my community, and I have some sort of loyalty to the establishment, but that feeling is wearing thin. Please provide your employees with some sort of training in the areas of customer service and food prep before you lose your loyal customers. If I go, I’m taking my whole family with me.

I’ve been eating Mr Pizza grinders all my life with NO complaint. I had my usual order tonight (turkey with everything) and it was extremely dissatisfied. There was barely any turkey on the grinder and all the veggies tasted old and not fresh at all. I took a few bites and tossed the entire sandwich. I don’t get sick. Not sure what happened but this is disheartening as Mr Pizza is my favorite grinder spot.
