Walked in my first (maybe last) time at 10:15 AM on Wednesday, with two staff behind the counter and one customer already seated by the fireplace, but was noticed then ignored for more than five minutes, until finally I just left. Neither staff person was helping a customer or doing much at all. Do they not serve men? Customer service training!

We stood at the counter for a while ordered 3 different ordered seperate we all ordered at the same time, they were blasting music where we could barely even hear each other, giving out food to people that order after us eve it was the same thing we ordered. This guy was employee of the month btw his name was Corday we were there for Atleast 30 minutes. We only has 3/2 orders until we reminded them we had one order left and they looked at each other gave each other a smile and said “oh we didn’t know “. They had us at the counter for a while, meanwhile they were just trying to act busy but the second someone else came in they attended them quickly and gave their order out before ours.

I went there for the first time last week and got the Nutella bowl with an açaí and coconut base combo. It was so good!! Everything was super fresh and high quality. They give you plenty in your bowl as well, which says a lot because I can put down some food lol. The restaurant itself is clean and has a nice inviting atmosphere. They’re definitely worth the checking out.

Great açaí bowls. Beautiful location close to a lot of places and shopping. I just hate how the prices are gouged on uber eats compared to getting the same thing in store. I understand a buck or two but their acai bowls are priced for around $20 on uber eats compared to roughly $13 in the store. Uber eats charges separately for fees and delivery! If they can work on the greed that’ll be appreciated

This was my first time and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there was only one person working, and the line certainly got longer when I got there. Ordering was so easy. They have everything explained as far as the types of bowls and the type of nutrients gotten from them. While waiting, the music was a good choice, and I also found the bathroom to be super cute. Lol. Def recommend this place and certainly plan on going back.

I don’t know how to rate this place as I love love love the bowls, but the service has been pretty bad every time I have gone in. I have held off reviewing, thinking they are newly opened and just figuring things out, but it’s been long enough now that they should be in their groove! When I have gone in to order, even when it’s not busy and there are several working, it takes so long to get my bowl it’s ridiculous. I know they are trying to prepare them carefully, but one bowl should not take 35 minutes when there is not a line of others being made before mine. A friend told me to order on the app instead because then it should be ready for you when you go in, so I did this last Friday afternoon (4/21, 345pm) and I seemed to wait even longer!! I ordered at 345 then when I pulled up in front of the place at 4 it didn’t look crowded so I went in to check if mine was ready or being prepared. There was one person in line, and I asked about mine and they showed me the ticket for it, waiting to be made next, or so I thought. Ok, so I decided to stand by the counter to wait…. other people came in and ordered…. 7 people to be exact, and they all had their bowls made before mine! There were 3 people working, and I waited 45 min for my 2 bowls, which I had ordered before all the other people who walked in. I don’t understand this customer service at all! I have been recommending this place left and right because of how delicious and healthy the bowls are, but I have to warn people to carve out an afternoon to wait for one of these bowls, and that is a huge turn off for most. I hope they improve, but with summer coming I expect it will only get busier and wait times will become excruciating.
Also, this last time the bowl had a huge gap in the base, like they ran out of mango and just tried to make it look full on top. I hope this was a one off.
