At least 4 vegan options are available on a menu. Good portions and food was tasty. We ordered breakfast scrambled tofu with green and another one with fruits. It was delicious and came with 4 toasts.

One of the best quiches I’ve ever had! I had the garden vegetable with Swiss quiche, the texture was perfect. I also had a delicious cappuccino. There are so many options to choose from when it comes to food and coffee. Plenty of seating in front and more seating out back. Parking lot in back of building. Dog friendly, there was a pup sitting in the back seating area with owners. Staff was super friendly. Very affordable- for two people we spent around $40.

Plenty of organic ingredients, family run. Many vegan and some gluten free options. Good for brunch and lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating. Easy parking nearby

Orange French toast. Avo toast can be made even if not listed. Order at counter and they bring it to you

As always, Savoy hits the spot. Tasty and nutritious. I love all the organic ingredients and the wonderful fresh made items to satisfy all dietary desires. Take a look at some of the brunch items. Their pancakes looks so good; I keep getting the vegan rancheros which are really good. Sometimes they can be a little spicy and other times. Mild just depends on the peppers.

Big shout out to the new owners Especially Romero who comes around and checks on everyone he’s so kind and you can tell he just exude health. It makes you wanna eat here even more.

I’ve been coming to Savoy for years now and it’s progressively gotten worse, in my opinion. I’ve always loved their salad bar and they stay pretty consistent with how good it is. There’s been a time or two that the ingredients have been picked over, or things are looking old and wilted. But most of the time it’s pretty dang good. The only thing that isn’t great about the salad bar is how expensive it is. My average small salad is $20! That’s insane to me. Their soups are consistently delicious, as is their carrot cake! Their other sweet treats are pretty darn good too. However, I have tried their hot foods/prepared foods and I’m just not ever happy with what I order. I’ve tried many things and every time I’m disappointed. If you come here, stick to the salad, soup, and sweet treats! That being said, I still don’t know if it’s worth the amount that you pay. I also don’t understand why their hours have changed but I enjoyed the later hours!

I love this place so greatly, when I lived downtown I would eat here on the regular. The best thing is it is very inclusive of most diets and has a pretty nice selection of vegan and gluten free items, including at some times of year seasonal cakes and pies.. yumm..
However, today in summertime, their were more choices in the salad and entree bar; including some delicious looking pasta salads, and did I mention how high quality all the ingredients are? Today I kept it simple, and got the gluten free vegan snickerdoodle cookies. They are like puffs of sweet satisfying heaven. I can have few with a small latte and just allow my mind to travel and vacation for a moment. The latte which I had for their, in a cup, making it all the more cozy was divine. Steamed well as for the almond mylk, and had a lovely sweet nutty flavor to the espresso. Very quick service btw.
Thats the beauty of this place is you can go and get a latte and nosh, or an entire meal and perhaps some wine.. I will keep coming back and have heard the best things about the owner, thanks for such a delectable space

Great place for brunch. We were looking for a place that is vegan friendly. Surprisingly, there aren’t so many restaurants in the downtown Santa Barbara being vegan friendly. (We also have someone in the group who is not vegan/ vegetarian in the group). It was hard to find something that would satisfy everyone. This place is definitely the spot! They have a quite few vegan options and some regular sandwiches or salad. We had gluten free pancakes, veggie scrambled, vegan burritos and el cape which is a grilled portobello sandwich. They were ALL GOOD! The food comes with a huge proportion that I got so full after finish eating the meal. The taste of food was certainly thumbs up. Environment was clean, somewhat crowded. There is an “outdoor” seating where you can bring your dog to sit there. They also provide water for dogs. So sweet! I’d definitely recommend here and come back again!

Savoy Café & Deli – Santa Barbara

Savoy Café & Deli is so incredibly good! I’m so glad my friend brought me here to experience your excellent salad bar and the amazing variety of plant-based options.

The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful — I think this might be my favorite place I’ve ever eaten a meal. I love the colors, the energy, and the calming water fountain — such a beautiful touch. And having parking in the back makes everything super convenient. ✨

The freshness, creativity, and care that go into your food truly shine. I absolutely love that you offer oil-free dressing — it’s the first time in my entire life I’ve seen this at a restaurant, and you deserve huge kudos for that! Because of this, I’m so grateful to know that this exists — I even went and bought some at Sprouts afterward! This discovery alone has changed my life forever.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Lifestyle Medicine, I often teach and prescribe whole-food, plant-based nutrition to my patients to help reverse chronic diseases and improve overall wellbeing. Finding a restaurant that embodies these same principles is incredibly inspiring — you’re helping to make a real difference in people’s lives. ✨

I also want to share that I’ve been coming here almost every single day to use my work-budgeted meal reimbursements while traveling for my job — that’s how much I love and depend on this place. It truly feels like my home base for nourishment whenever I’m away from home.

If I could offer just a couple of small suggestions:
• It would be wonderful to see more salt-free and oil-free options
• And if salt is used, consider using miso as a flavorful, healthful alternative
• Use dates or date sugar instead of refined sugar, honey, maple syrup, and other ultra-processed sweeteners for natural sweetness
• And maybe slice the cherry tomatoes — that tiny touch would make the salad bar absolute perfection!

A special shoutout to Alan, who made me feel so welcome and gave fantastic tea recommendations. He even helped me get my receipt for work reimbursement and kindly shared the Whole-Food Plant-Based Menu from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine with Chef David. That kind of care, knowledge, and professionalism is so rare — and deeply appreciated.

I’ll definitely be back — honestly, almost daily if I can make it before closing! It would be wonderful if you were open for dinner too.

Thank you for creating such a thoughtful, nourishing, and genuinely uplifting dining experience. This place is a true gem. ✨

First time here- was a little confusing at first because they have a physical menu and a lot of seating but you order at the counter. Lucky the waiter/manager noticed us looking awkward and guided us. Brunch menu was varied with great vegan and veggie labeling. The veggie Bennie was SO good and a large portion- if you aren’t too hungry and don’t eat leftovers it will be too big (if you love leftovers it is like two meals in one!). We also got the garden breakfast burrito – 4 stars – healthy portion again.
Seemed like a place a lot of people go for the faster counter premade food; so, would go back to try that stuff.
Matcha latte was very much grass forward so if you like yours sweet request that.
