Braised Beef noodle (4/5) – soup was flavorful, recommend skinny noodle to go with it. Had flat noodles with this, it was unable to grab the flavor of the soup.
Cumin lamb over hand pulled noodle (4.5/5)- flavorful. Chewy texture of the Flat noodles goes well with this one. The lamb slices that I got was more fat than meat, could just be luck of the draw.
Lamb hand pulled noodle soup (5/5)- Must try! Delicious soup. Skinny noodle grabs the flavor of the soup.
Beef pancake (5/5) – another must try! The pancakes was the star of the dish. Crispy chewy, just perfect.
Complimentry cucumber salad (4.5/5)- mild, refreshing. Good
Service (5/5)- attentive, welcoming.

Came here with my nephew to have some soup and a noodle dish and the hype did not disappoint. We were greeted the moment we walked in and it was a great overall experience they welcomed us to a cozy booth by the front door. We placed our order right away. They brought out some diced cucumber that had like a vinegar based sweet sauce to it it was delicious great pallet cleanser for the massive amount of food that is about to come lol. My nephew got a huge bowl of the number one excellent looking brown savory soup with beef and tripe. I got a noodle chicken spicy dish. It could have been spicier, but the chili oil was excellent in bringing some extra heat. The amount of food for $22 was insane. Probably enough to feed. I think three people. The fat noodles were delicious and the chicken was fall off the bone tender.

This is just a completely authentic restaurant. Their hand-pulled noodle dishes are superb. Steamed dumplings are outstanding. Can be a little spicy (if you’re not so inclined, I’m sure you can let them know) – but go for it . Service is always excellent – staff is super-friendly.
I don’t go here often (it’s a bit of a drive from me) but it is always worth it. Just a really excellent spot!

I’ve been going to Shan Shan Noodles for years, even before having kids. The food has always been delicious, and the owner and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s always so nice to walk in and be instantly recognized and greeted with such genuine warmth. Our little ones absolutely love her — and the food! We come often, and it continues to be one of our favorite spots.

One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to! Food was INCREDIBLE. So fresh and so flavorful. Noodles were freshly made! The service was so kind and fast. The owner of the store was so friendly and sweet! Prices were very reasonable too. Definitely coming back here!

Great dinner! I had the scallion pancakes and shrimp fried noodles. I got served a cucumber salad before my meal, which was great. All of the food was delicious. I loved that I could see them making my noodles. The food is made within minutes. I would highly recommend this place.
