Great coffee and great service! They forgot to give me a small drip coffee that I ordered along with my other items and when I went to the counter to ask about it, they promptly made it and also gave me a four dollar gift certificate. Great service! So glad I can get my same latte anywhere I go in the world ❤️

This is my favorite Starbucks. I know they’re all the same in theory, but they really aren’t. My drink always is consistent, which I can’t say for other locations. Hal and the crew are so personable and always give great service.

I had such an amazing time at this new location in the greater Portland area, and rather enjoyed the cleanliness and service. In particular, my barista was sure to create an atmosphere that was enjoyable, and seemed to have great interactions with anyone visiting the store.
In addition, the restrooms were quite clean. The WiFi was very fast, making this a great place to get some work done or to study.

They just ignored me while I stood there. I could see two orders ready but didn’t want to reach across the counter in case they weren’t mine (DoorDash)
A quick hello when someone is standing and staring at you doesn’t disrupt your flow. Or hey, face the completed orders towards the public so I don’t have to stop what you’re doing. Wasted my time.

Road tripping across America- my car battery charger broke so I stop at Starbucks to charge my phone a lot. You not only can’t charge your phone here but the woman behind the counter refused to sell me bottled water and pretended they don’t sell it here for some reason?

I do realize that this is the day after Christmas and stores are busy – and I’ve never done a negative review before. I’m ’old school’, worked in the restaurant industry before, and I’m a pretty patient person. I ordered a dark roast coffee with some flavors and creamer. After 10 minutes, we inquired about my coffee – (this after seeing everyone who ordered after we did, getting their coffees/drinks and leaving.) We were then told it was ‘in progress’. After another 5 minutes of watching others order and leave, my husband inquired again, stating it had been 15 minutes, and he was asking, after watching others receiving their coffees and leaving. Again we were told (by who we thought was a manager) it was in progress and we needed to be patient because they were busy… after 17 minutes my husband complained that it has been 17 minutes since we ordered and we were STILL waiting, watching people order & leave – they asked what I had ordered and said they’d get right on it. In the meantime, more people walking in ordering, mobile orders and drive through customers were continuing to receive and leave with their orders.
Each time we had asked about the coffee stating the time of our continued wait, a couple baristas offered to go ahead and make it, but the man who appeared to be the manager kept telling them no, that he’d make it, except he wasn’t – he continued to make other orders. When we finally had it in hand, 3 minutes later, after ordering a total of 20 minutes prior, we finally got out to the vehicle and drove off. To ‘add insult to injury’, the pastry I had gotten to go with it wasn’t quite defrosted and was cold, crumbly, and sticky…
(I was going to post pics of my order receipt time stamp and the time stamp on my coffee cup to show just how long it took, except there is no sticker on my cup….)
This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a cup of coffee.

My online order got filled at a different location and they made my drink order at this location free of charge. Would definitely go back!

Went to Starbucks on 465 Payne St Saturday Dec 14 we were in the drive through at 2:30 there was a car in front of us that had ordered. When we go to place our order she says we close at 2;30 did not take our order, there were no other cars in back of us and I just could not believe it. Customer service is a very important part of a business, she did not apologize and could have taken our order. If the Drive through closes at 2:30 they should go out and put a cones so people can see this. It was just not right .
Thank you
