This place has gone way downhill and is not even a Okish option anymore for me, had a mobile order sat in the drive thru for more than twenty minutes with three cars ahead of me, the lady at the window didn’t even know what order went to which car. After figuring out my order they had forgot our two sodas got that figured out then I felt the need to check the bag and was missing fries so I had to park and go inside and get those, we only live a bout a mile away and I knew I should of checked temperature when I left but needless to say when I got home the food was room temperature at best and also my mozzarella fries were cooked so long they were just straws hollow straws, I reached out on the app and got reply, a 5 dollar coupon for the next visit, no thanks I will never be spending money at this or any other Burger King again. This location and a 5 dollar coupon has ruined it for me. My advice spend your money elsewhere

honestly the food is okay but definitely not worth the wait or talking to the employees. there is one girl there.. maddie i think. she is nice however they close earlier than what’s posted and i even had gone as far as asking the employees when they close and they admitted themselves they close at 12am, so why are you telling me to get out of the drive thru at 11 after i told you i had a doordash order? honestly it’s all shit.

First of all, dine in, take out, and delivery is supposed to be open until 12am. We tried to dine in at 9 pm and the doors were locked. If the rules are changed, it should be posted. Second, I ordered no mayo and my chicken sandwich was drenched in it on both sides. They did get the no salt on the fries right but we ordered 3 large fries and they came not even half full and very dark colored. Lastly, I asked for ketchup packets and didn’t even get that. One, mistake I could have handled but not several and not when they have you pull around front and wait for extra cook time on the fries. That was plenty of time to make sure everything was right. I don’t get it. We eat here about once or twice a month. Quality and service has been going down hill for awhile and that’s even after their so called upgrade they just did. Do Better!

Dont ever come here if you want to get somewhere quick. Been in line along with like 13 other cars for about 30 minutes. Still in line now. Have not got my order taken but people I have watched walking into the building five minutes ago are getting there orders and food given to them within like 5-8 minutes no problem. I have watched a dozen people walk out with food now while sitting in this car line. Also the fact that at this location there is no way to exit the drive thru at all is absolutely absurd. Like what if in this hour long line I have been in I get an emergency call or something and need to promptly leave.

My husband and I get a meal from Burger King about once every 6 weeks or so, and about half the time our order is incorrect and about 25% of the time it’s blamed on us and how can it be our fault if it wasn’t put in the bag or if they forgot to add something on the burger. Then they want you to bring it back so they can see what they did wrong, that’s against the law to take it back over the counter or through the drive through window, once the customer touches it they can NOT take it back in any form, I used to work fast food and that’s the law. It takes about 30 minutes round trip and that’s if there’s no wait to get an order to go, so most times the food isn’t hot when it arrives home and then if it’s not correct I call and then they want you to bring it back to have it corrected, it’s not a pleasant experience and it keeps happening, but not at other fast food places, if you have an incorrect order at other fast food places you call up, they put your name down with your order what was wrong with it so the next time you come into town they can replace it for you. Whatever happened to common decency, maybe they should pay for your fuel when they screw up your order, it might make them more accurate and the management accountable especially if it came out of their pocket. I’m not happy with how junk food places have gone down hill. I don’t typically eat this type of food because I know how incredibly unhealthy it is, but every once in a while I do and it would be nice if it was done right instead of “it doesn’t matter attitude” or “who cares” it matters to me, it’s my money and if I can’t get it my way, I might just spend my money where I can get it my way.

Ordered a whopper that was cold, they remade it and it was still cold. I requested a refund, and they said they were unable to do so because it was done through the app. I contacted the app and the best they could offer was a $5 credit. I’ve never been so disgusted with a company that refuses to refund a customer when asked. Will never go back.

I’m putting my review here because the survey link on the receipt doesn’t work.
Twice in a row now I’ve come in to order with coupons and they get the receipt right, but the actual food I was given is incorrect. I didn’t notice until I got home.
Please check the food BEFORE you hand it to the customer. You gave me four chicken sandwiches when I only ordered two, and then I should have had chicken nuggets as well. They gave me a total of four chicken sandwiches.
There isn’t even 4 listed on the reciept!

Simply the best Burger King that I’m familiar with. Clean lobby and friendly staff( with hugs) work here while holding a positive attitude. Reminds me of what customer service was like back in the 90s

Boy that travis person who works there deserves a raise! He is always so kind, friendly, and was very patient with my family. The rest of the staff are also top tier!! The new look of the building is amazing as well!!! Definitely recommend it to anyone in the Lebanon area!

Lady that took our order(who somehow is the manager, which is beyond me) was rude and uncouth but I can look past that except she tried to lie to us about the kids meal. Simply asked for the cookie that comes with it and she says no it doesn’t come with it. I had to point at the giant poster on the wall right next to her face that clearly states it comes with a cookie. Like a teenage adolescent child she turns and grabs the cookie (which she had set aside right there next to the register mind you.) She’s been rude to us before and very clearly tried to keep the cookie for herself just to be petty, which is theft. How can Burger King be okay with a manager like this?
