Being from NY I am hard to please when it comes to pizza. This being said Sal’s is pretty good. Sauce is chunky which I personally hate but that aside- pretty good. The slices are actually sized by the “2 slice rule” (they’re big)..so totally a great bang for your $. The people that work there are professional, personable and good with food allergies- kept my egg and nut allergic family safe the 10+ times we’ve been there. It’s a really clean and large place to sit and enjoy your meal. Definitely enough seating. And when the weather is nice, there is seating outside. Parking….no problem! Overall, a great place to stuff ya face! Mangia!

I got the broccoli canzone was very delicious. We got the cauliflower appetizers very good. The staff was incredible. This is probably the best pizza shop on the east coast. They have places in supermarkets. My favorites were in athol and ridge New Hampshire. Thank you for the great service and great server.

The pizza tasted the same as when we lived near by years ago. We loved the food. All of the staff were welcoming and provided top notch customer service. We will come back soon. ( We have a lot of vegans in our family. It would be amazing if you offered vegan cheese!!!)

Amazing brand with delicious pizza! This is our go to for pizza parties at the house or the drive in. And if there isn’t a Sal’s in your area – know it’s worth driving to! The gold rush is a surprisingly sweet favorite and you will never be disappointed with the classic cheese. Staff is friendly, fast and knowledgeable. A regular slice is enough to feed 2 people! And don’t miss the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for desert. Yum!

So love Sal’s. Chelmsford is usually really good. Tonight, paper thin in the middle, way too much crust around the edge. I always request well done, regular cook. They either need someone who cares when making the pizza or a supervisor that e excuses some degree of quality controll.

Food is ok here, my boyfriend said it was overrated which i didn’t get till eating here a couple of times. Our recent order pretty much came burnt. Personally i kept eating it but my boyfriend doesn’t like that it was burnt.
Personally would prefer less cook time, and better insulation for the garlic knots since they were cold but the pizza was still warm when it came here.

I have been a customer of Sal’s pizza for about 22 years and had always had delicious food. I usually spend between 45 – 75 dollars in the establishment. Since covid I been ordering with uber eats. Not sure what Has happened to the great food you use to put out, but I have had my order messed up 9 times in the past year. Today was # 10 and the last time, you guys have lost a customer for life. I clearly asked for extra sauce and light light cheese, and to have my pizza cooked lightly. This is my preference every time, since cheese and me don’t mix that well i can only tolerate it in small amounts. What you guys gave to me was extra extra extra cheesy and burnt and literally the worst pizza I have ever received from any place. The workers are super nice here but clearly most of them can’t cook a pizza to save their life. I don’t know what happened after covid but the food quality is horrible here. If you go and eat in the establishment is the only time I receive good food. So disappointed. My dinner is ruined since I used the last of my money buying this poorly made pizza, also I specified how I wanted my pizza made 3 times in full details. Thanks for ruining my meal.

Ordered to go ready when promised very pleasant staff. Fantastic pizza right amount of toppings cooked to perfection. What more can you ask . Live in Gloucester and will only get my sals pizza from the Chelmsford store. That should say it all.

Purchased Pizza and a Garden Salad. The cucumber slices on the salad had deteriorated to the point of having such a thick layer of slime that it transferred to the lettuce, necessitating that the entire salad be thrown out…..terrible!! See photos.

Such a Busy Labor Day night with just two employees! So Clean inside. So Friendly and professional! I’ve been twice in the last two weeks and I can say the Srevice was Amazing! Different Employees but same courtesy, respect, professionalism, friendly overall Sals can have there business run it self with the fantastic Employees! Food is a Bonus!
