This was our first time here. We happened to be in the area and the granddaughter wanted pizza. So, we found this place when we were driving around. Really unique inside, had that old time Italian feeling.
I wish they had pasta or spaghetti something that the granddaughter loves but she did love the pizza. She got a personal pizza and she loved it!

We were in the area for our Bachelorette party and I came across this place through a Google search. We got a plain cheese and a pepperoni pizza. It was delicious and quick (we added our own m&ms)! Everybody loved it!

We like places that feel like the pizza shops from when we were younger, and this place was great. Cold Faygo pops in bottles and a few old-school video games. The pizza was delicious, and their breadsticks were very good. Great service, and they have a back patio area to sit. It is very easy to find and plenty of parking.

Solid pizza joint. Good chewy dough , sauce was light and flavorful and a good quality in their cheese blend. Pizza came out hot and freshly made. Service was fine, the young man who took our order was friendly. The atmosphere felt like an old school pizza shop. The only complaint is that a kid came out and started sweeping the area around us as we ate our pizza.

This place is amazing. Their pizza is the best there is down town. Paesano’s isn’t trying to upset their food by having swanky new decor, a hipster vibe, or cringy topping combos. They’re selling damn good pizza at a price that seems like it’s still 2007 with a family friendly environment. I can only conclude that this is the reason why they’ve been there so long and Paesano’s will probably outlast us all. Paesano’s is the pizza that takes you back to your childhood.

It was a cool and rainy early afternoon, and after walking a mile I decided to go into Paesano’s to warm up and get a slice of pizza. The two employees working today were great, one was making the pizza, and the other was waiting on customers. There’s a popular five dollar lunch special that includes a large slice of pizza with a side of sauce, two bread sticks, and a beverage. I opted for the $3.50 slice of pizza. It was a generous pizza slice loaded with cheese, homemade sauce, pepperoni, and a chewy crust made from scratch. Eating that slice of pizza with a complimentary side of ranch sauce in the cozy dining room that felt like an old school Italian cafe was so pleasant and enjoyable. Delicious, satisfying pizza at a reasonable price, a charming atmosphere, and a friendly and kind staff is what makes Paesano’s my favorite pizzeria in Traverse City. Paesano’s is wonderful.

Nice little old school pizza diner vibe. They do have seating inside and the establishment itself is very old school which i appreciate. The pizza itself is a tad pricey for the quality. The pizza itself looked amazing but was not a huge fan of the sauce and the cheese was a bit different. Not a bad spot overall but nothing to rave over.

Best lunch special in town – pop, pizza and breadsticks for $5. Perfect for a quick bite. There is seating inside and the east end of Front Street allows for plenty of parking, and not as busy as some of the other places. The interior has a comfortable, old school feel to it. Not pretentious, just good pizza.
