Lobster is OK. I do believe it’s frozen not fresh, but that’s what you have to live with in chain restaurant. Clam chowder was filled with clams, I added no seasoning and believe they should add a little bit of seasoning to both lobster and chowder but overall it was good. Service was very good atmosphere is nice.

I ordered the 6oz lobster roll and it was absolutely incredible! The lobster was fresh, tender, and perfectly seasoned, packed into a warm buttery bun. The portion was generous and definitely worth it — every bite was loaded with sweet lobster meat.
The staff was attentive and friendly, and the whole experience felt smooth and welcoming. I loved the classic combo with Cape Cod chips and a pickle spear on the side — simple but perfect.

The place was crowded even late at 8:30pm as we walked by. We were not that hungry, but we still ordered a signature lobster roll to satisfy our curiosity. The taste was good, it’s lobster, so it can’t be bad. We had been to Maine with road side lobsters before, and know what real fresh lobsters taste like:)

Loved everything here! The staff were also super helpful and friendly & the clam chowder was perfectly balanced not too thick and the clams were so tasty. We ordered the seafood roll flight to try the lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls, and it was so good we ended up ordering another one! The buttery buns, the pickles, and the natural sweetness of the seafood absolutely unforgettable! ❤️

One of the best lobster rolls I’ve tasted in the US. Food is served fresh and is presented nicely. I’m giving it a 3-star for their service as their staff can be nicer and perhaps improve the ambience of the place as well to match their great food.

The food was fresh and excellent! Definitely recommend the sea food roll flight to anyone visiting. My only concern was that some staff members (not all) seemed to have a less welcoming attitude, which made the ordering experience feel inconvenient.
