This place was extremely short staffed, as in 1 person in the back and one working drive thru and counter. But that’s not complaining, that’s a compliment! They really were working hard and did a wonderful job for how busy it was. I truly applaud the 2 of them.
Good job ya’ll! Hope your manager acknowledges your exemplary work, going above and beyond for this store.
The only ding was my fries were grossly undercooked but I understand trying to get sooo much out, quickly. Again, good job ya’ll.

What a great crew!! It wasn’t too busy this evening but everyone was smiling and the lobby was looking amazing as an employee was getting it cleaned.
My server was Clarence, who greeted me as I came in, and even read back my order to make sure it was correct.

Tried the “Steak Nuggets”.
Very soft. Salty and smoky.
Very much the texture of pot roast.
5 piece is a little less than 1/4 cup.
I don’t like to say “it was good” or “it was bad”… I was disappointed. Not as advertised(in my opinion).

Worker thought she could charge me twice for an item. And when confronted she got upset, goes back and yells out loud for everyone to hear. I figured he wouldn’t have noticed and then gives me the crappiest smallest servings of the item. Needless to say I will be more than happy to drive out of my way for a different Arby’s the one on broadmore st has never given me a reason to be upset.

I hate this Arby’s. Every time I go they do something wrong. I only go once or twice a year and it always sucks. Today I went through the drivethru with a coupon. I handed my card and the coupon to the guy at the window. He ran the card without putting on the discount. Then when I asked he gave it back and said they couldn’t cause they already ran it.
So I paid full price instead of whatever the discounted price was. Like it’s so hard to refund and run the right amount. Just avoid this place.

Ordered to go inside. It was a bit of a wait, however, a nice, responsible kid named Harlan was manning the counter and kept me appraised of the order. Order was accurate and food was great as expected.

I went to Arby’s and bought a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with a medium curly fry, medium drink and a 4 piece mozzarella stick in the 4 o’clock hour on Sunday August 11 2024 I asked for the sandwich to not have any condiments when I pulled up and paid over $10 for my meal I was told to pull up to wait for fresh chicken on the sandwhich as the young lady handed me the drink she said the cup was broke and not to squeeze it when I got it in the car it collapsed… Then when I got the food the sandwich had no lettuce, no tomato on it I’m not sure if they just didn’t have any lettuce or tomatoes but even if they didn’t they should let the customer know and it also had honey mustard on it. The fries were ok but the mozzarella sticks didn’t taste fresh totally disappointed

Prime Rib Cheesesteak
What a terrible sandwich! It had promise, a tasty roll, lots of peppers, and.. wait! Where’s the meat? There was so little meat on this sandwich it didn’t even cover the bread and the predominant taste was peppers since there were plenty of them but so little meat. $9 for this?? Good thing I ordered two because I was able to combine the meat from both of them onto one sandwich and that was barely enough!

Another disappointing Arby’s experience.
We ordered two of the Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers and a Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich. Burgers were ordered as doubles which costs more but they made them as singles.
Only reason I’m not rating them 1 Star is the Chicken Salad was good. Sadly, this is not the first, second, or even third time they’ve screwed up an order or cancelled one after an hour when it was supposed to be delivered in 15-25 minutes.
