Food is good service sucks. See ticket we order one double burger with no tomato and one bacon double hamburger no bun plain and the they put tomato on the one sandwich and while they did leave the bun off the second sandwich , they put all the toppings on the bacon double burger that was supposed to be plain. These young kids are tone deaf today. AI robots are looking pretty good now.

Been here three times to get swirl cones. They were out of chocolate ice cream the first two times. Called before going the third time to see if they had chocolate ice cream and they said yes. Went to get a swirl cone and they were unable to make a swirl cone because the machine wasn’t working correctly.

This place goes above and beyond their call. I had a problem with the drive-thru but when I called they fixed the problem and even gave me an ice cream cone while I waited. I definitely would recommend this for anybody to go and get lunch or just a quick bite of ice cream

I ordered the new rotisserie chicken bites at exactly 11am. There were two cars ahead of me. At 11:03 the employee took my payment. At 11:04 my food came to the window. The employee I interacted with was nice and friendly.
My food order was exactly as I ordered it. Food was hot, fresh and tasted very well. These little bites are of good quality.
Pros: Fast service, order correct, fair price
Cons: None.
All in all it was an great experience. If looking for fast food in Bloomfield, this is the place to be. Not to mention their frozen treats are always delicious.

There was a note on the order screen that said new employees were being trained and to have patience for the next couple of weeks. The girl who took my order had a very pleasant demeanor. She warned me that my onion rings were hot and I could see Steam rising from the closed bag. I was impressed with the outside seating area. Good experience

This may be the cleanest DQ I’ve ever seen!! It’s certainly an old fashion model on the inside but it’s been extremely well maintained. As a fellow restaurant manager I can almost always find the dirt, but not here. Impressive job! The staff was very friendly and efficient as well. Overall good experience and big props to this management team!
