BUG IN FOOD!
This was my first time ever trying Chipotle and it will 100% be my last. I ordered my bowl for pickup, and halfway through I found a bug sitting in my rice. It was a full insect mixed right in with the food, blending in with the chicken.
I was completely disgusted and went back to the store about 1hr later to show them the photo, thinking they would at least apologize or try to make it right. Instead, the woman at the register gave me attitude about it, and said because I don’t have the bowl with me she couldn’t remake it, even though I had a clear photo showing the bug sitting in my food.
That is not just bad customer service, it is embarrassing. The proof was right there, and the lack of care was absolutely unbelievable. Between the bug infested food and the dismissive attitude from staff, this was hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
Chipotle seriously needs to step up their hygiene and their customer service training. If this is how they treat first-time customers, I can only imagine what happens behind the scenes. Absolutely disgusting.

The chicken is very dry, meals are overpriced. If you have a Qdoba or Cava near by go there.
The staff is great and super nice!!
2 chicken bowls at Chipotle is $30; they nickel and dime you for every item you add on. Qdoba, 2 bowls $22.. Cava about the same and the food is way better.

I spent $58 on a to-go order for my family, and unfortunately the food was completely inedible. All four meals had rice that tasted like pure salt , it was overwhelming and absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the guacamole was also extremely salty, which made the whole order a waste.
I order from Chipotle regularly and have never had an experience like this before, but this time my entire family couldn’t eat the food at all. It was very disappointing to spend that much money and end up throwing most of it away.
I hope management pays closer attention to quality control and seasoning, because this was far below the standard I expect from Chipotle.

Cafeteria style Tex-Mex food made fresh all day is Chipotle in a nutshell. Located on busy Argyle Forest, this location has become adept to quick service with fresh food. When you walk in, a server will ask you what type of meal you want. The overhead display lists the various items and once you decide you are off to the races. From chicken to steak or if you are vegan (sofritas) you can pack on your protein in a salad, regular bowl, or burrito. You can pick from black or pinto beans, fajita veggies, corn or regular salsa, guacamole, queso, sour cream, cheese, salad greens or other condiments. They ring you up, ask you if you want chips and/or a drink and you are off on your way. Service was prompt, professional and friendly. Staff worked very well together and everything was made fresh to order. Prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a quick filling, no guilt meal, this is your place.

Ordered for pickup. There was 1/4 of an avocado that was in my salad with the hard skin of the pit still attached. The beef tasted like it had not been marinated or seasoned at all, I’ve ordered this before and it’s tasted way better. Not to mention they barely shredded it so there’s just chunks of beef. I don’t know who’s working today but they really need to focus. Especially upset because I pre-tipped them over 20%, now I wish I hadn’t.

So disappointed! Ordered through the app for pickup. Order was ready on time but alas, when we got home with it the experience went downhill quickly. First the bowls we ordered when labeled incorrectly. Mine was chicken and husband’s was carne asada. His should have been double meat (an extra $7) but it was not. His also had white rice instead of brown rice. Neither bowl had guacamole (also an extra ) Neither bowl had fajita veggies as ordered. Mine got the medium salsa and his got the mild. It should have been the other way around. Mine was missing the black beans, cheese, sour cream and Queso Blanco (another extra charge) as well.
We ate what we got since we weren’t going to drive all the way back to the restaurant, but we were not happy with our experience.
Wish I had taken pictures of what we got vs. what we ordered. We paid almost $15 for extras we did not get!

The food use to be so good at this Chipotle. The burritos have gone completely downhill, and don’t taste like they use to. Chicken is way overcooked, among other things. Absolutely no flavor, use to eat at this location so much, now don’t even bother anymore. Maybe if they gave you more for your buck, might come back. As for now won’t even bother eating this location anymore. This is my opinion. Wish they would have an option for cilantro.

Absolutely terrible service. I waited at the drive-through for over five minutes while multiple employees stood around with their backs turned, chatting with their friends instead of doing their jobs. When I finally got my food and made it home, it was even more disappointing , one taco didn’t even have any meat in it, and between the other 2 tacos, there were only five small pieces of meat total. Don’t bother ordering pick-up here. The staff clearly prioritize socializing over taking care of customers.

Im sorry that i dont know anybody names but im not trying to be mean when describing these people but Thank you to the short Hispanic manger who works night and the black girl with glasses and mask who works front counter also night i dont know if she stills work there but those are the only 2 people who take there job seriously with good customer service and care the others are disrespectful when you ask for extra they get mean and nasty and start throwing stuff everywhere, DONT UBEREATS OR DOORDASH CHIPOTLE!!!! THEY THROW ANYTHING IN THE BOWL THEY WANT. I uber my mom a rice bowl and they put only 2 little teaspoons of rice and 3 big handful of lettuce and beans trying to hide how much rice they put in the bowl they basically played in the food cause they lazy my mom didn’t even eat the bowl it was messed up with too much lettuce and beans over rice but thats ok cause thats why i learned my lesson and now i will never doordash or Uber Eats chipotle again i will go in store where i dont have to worry bout portions or messy food i rather handle and deal with attitudes then food i payed for i cant even eat
