I ordered the mini taco salads before and there was never a very spicy cheese on them. I couldn’t stand it so ended up throwing them away. Also no mild sauce in bag even though requested no napkins for a $47 order and no utensils for the salads. Sometimes the service is good but not tonight 1/29. The drive thru employee you could tell does not have good customer interaction and doesn’t want to really be there.

This Taco Bell location has been doing customer service very well for a while now. I thought it was luck or coincidence… but every week I visit and meet new workers, yet each one nicer than the last. Food is almost always correct and drive-through is fast enough.

the bathrooms sink doesnt even work. the owner still hasn’t had the the snow removed.. you think with a drive through maybe thats important to clear off. you would think they treat this place like a business. … and yes both gas stations right next to the place. being cheap will lose you business for sure.

Good tacos and very good burrito. As a mexican food place, they need to add spicier sauces. The drinks are so so, the kitchen was very clean but the seating not so much.

I came through the drive-thru on Sunday January 4th, 6:50 PM I was expecting the AI system to take my order like every other Taco Bell. NOPE. I was greeted by I believe he said his name was Scott. That short interaction was one of the best I had in a long time! He was bright, bubbly and simply pleasant to speak to. He confirmed my order edits verbally and physically witnessed it being made they way I requested and sure enough when I got home to eat everything was right! We make so many bad reviews. But Greatness deserves the same recognition. Thank you Scott keep being you!

The quality for “fast food” is generally equivalent to other places. Sometimes there is a wait, but what do you expect? Most places are paying minimum wage and are short staffed. I get it, I wouldn’t work there for $12-18 an hour. Pass.

They always ask when ordering, “would you like any sauce packets”
And I always say “fire sauce + 1 mild” and this is the second time I get absolutely no sauce. But this time they went up there they gave me no napkins or sauce. And the kicker…. The manager is the lady that handed me my food! I guess I should probably check my order but I figured this isn’t rocket science. SMH

Stopped in for something simple, just a Nacho, take out Other people ordered after me got their food before me. The Nacho, the chips were chewy instead of crunchy And it had more refried beans than beef, not good. I’ll try a different Taco Bell next time..

I went there yesterday and ordered food that was $18. I handed them a $50 and they said they couldn’t break it. The manager then came to the window and was really rude and wouldn’t even go in the office and break it. It’s only $32 in change, and you can’t break it? My food was sitting there and ready, and since they couldn’t break my money, I didn’t get it. Really annoying
