Said they close at 11. Got here at 10:10, sign is off, outside door locked. They got the inside door blocked with safety cones. There are people in there ordering. When I opened the door, the worker said we are closed. Clearly not if you are taking an order. She said we are only letting them order. What does that mean? I am on a load and have been driving for 9 hours. This was my only stop to get something to eat. I’m on a tight schedule. I had my daughter look up the closet spot to me. She said dad you got an hour, stop at McDonald’s. So I did. Guess I’m not getting to eat tonight. Why do you even have operating hours? Why can they order and not me? What’s going on here?

Not sure what this is, but it has the consistency of cardboard. No taste, no moisture.. DO BETTER, guess this is their payback for not being at the speaker by 1030, bc the person in front of me couldn’t make up their mind. I had placed a mobile order, and arrived at 1026. Checked in on the app, they should have started preparing my food, but they wouldn’t until I spoke to them. Then they wanted to ring it up there again, bc it was after 1030 and they supposedly canceled the mobile order. Idk. It’s more on the company than this location, their media/mobile app people need to be more clear. It said be at the store before 1030, and I was.

This McDonald’s was actually pretty good. The food was fresh and warm. The Big Mac wasn’t that impressive that I thought it would be. But, the food was still good. I got my order fast. I loved the fries. Let’s see, this McDonald’s was well kept up, meaning that this McDonald’s was clean. and had a positive environment.

The food was fresh to order per my request. The wait in line wasn’t too bad even though it was lunch time. The only improvement I would say is making sure the employees are knowledgeable of the process and products.

After spending 30 plus dollars for my family’s supper… it was cold, large fry boxes were only half full, drinks were not full by any means, and if you dare to say anything to the employee you get a rude disrespectful attitude in return! This place is a joke! If you don’t like your job…. You can find another one! Not trying to be petty but with everything going up lately… I’d at least like my money’s worth!!! You would too!

Service was friendly and fast, but the food could have been better prepared and packaged.
There was ketchup and mustard on the outside of the wrappers, which led to a mess on me…and my car.
Once opened, the bun only half covered the meat..lets just say I found where the mess originated in my order. Fries tasted like they were fresh. No complaint there!
My suggestion is that they slowed down just a bit and make sure the order isn’t only complete, but presentable.
