I had Noodles & Company two weeks ago and ordered the Basil Pesto Cavatappi and it was good! But today I had the Butter noodles with Tofu and Italian seasoning. The noodles weren’t cooked fully. The tofu was cooked but a little burnt. The broccoli was ok.

We ordered from here and as we were eating something cut my tongue and I bite down and my teeth clumped something extremely hard . There was a thick piece of glass in my food . Yes a thick piece of glass . This could kill someone ………..I left a message with an employee but no call back . We will be trying again to call . Their food is great I mean great no complaints at all about the food as this is our second time ordering from here but this being in my food ………. Pissed … how careless is this. We still have the piece of glass with the food still on it . If I could take a photo here I would …. We don’t want nothing for this but to warn others and the manager about the carelessness

Food was tasty. I paid $1.95 for extra mushrooms and it didn’t seem at all extra. Putting two extra mushrooms at most in a dish that has mushrooms (there were maybe 6/7 in total, and that might be a generous estimate) for $2 is not extra. It is ripping off the customer. The restaurant seemed clean enough. However, I like my restaurants to be a little better than that. Employees were getting food out as quick as they could. The main person at registar/up-front was not friendly. I ordered my pasta but then realized I should have asked for duo because I was getting broccoli too. He just made a face and sound and then i could see him adjusting it in computer. I apologized, too which he said nothing. He needs to understand that I only visit their establishment occasionally an I may not order perfectly to his liking. Its seems to me that they may need that business because most of the time when I have been there they are rarely busy. So, I would just say they need to have a little better customer service…. especially when asking for tips at a fast casual restaurant. The tips aren’t for you to just show up and do your job. That is what you get paid for by the company. Tips are for doing a great job and that means all aspects of the job including making the customer, the one your asking for tips from, feel welcome.

I don’t eat Italian pasta, so I got the “Japanese pan noodles”. They were flavorless and totally lacking in any flavor resembling the “sweet soy sauce” flavor in the description (I ordered thru Uber Eats). It wasn’t even a little sweet, and it didn’t have even a little bit of the salty soy sauce flavor I’m used to. The udon noodles are also much too thick – I know, udon is supposed to be thicker than regular noodles but these are so thick that you’re eventually just chewing on soggy flour. So disappointing. I suppose the only good thing is that the portion was decent, it just would have helped more if the noodles were actually good. I even tried to -force- myself to eat them, and it’s just not gonna happen.
Lesson learned, I guess – don’t trust Americans with Asian food. It was my first time eating from here; I won’t be wasting my money on it again.

Staff was friendly and facility was clean. Food is over priced and super dry. We had the Korean BBQ, Japanese pan noodles and a side of meatballs. The small plates. Everything was extremely bland and dry. The shrimp was rubbery, and not enough veggies. The food was out within minutes- that was good. But all of that came out to almost $30. For that we could’ve gone to Olive garden for better pasta, just saying. And more food. That was the second time we’ve been and the exact same experience. Best thing we are we’re the defrosted- Frozen meatballs. We will not return. Don’t recommend.

Staff extremely friendly and energetic, also helpful with decisions. Food was excellent, fresh, tasty and mixed with a dash of soulfulness. Definitely will return. Just with there were more in the area. Definitely worth the price.

The employees & food has aways been amazing but that facility is terrible. The tables are always clean but the furniture in there is in bad shape and makes it look dirty. They would bring in more people if they would remodel.

I received my butter noodles and parm. Chicken and the noodles were so dry they were sticking together and my Chicken was overcooked and hard. I have never had an issue before . Very disappointing especially since I live on the other side of town.
