This was a true dive of a breakfast diner and worth every penny! It is everything to expect so order off menue! The amazing waitress noticed i was making a hodgepodge of a meal from sides and she suggested that they could make an off menue breakfast sandwich which was amazing! Great house made biscuits and turkey patties and melts cheese. The diner was classic American with old porcelain plates and coffee mugs.

Nice little home town style diner. We walked in and sat where we wanted. The menu is simple and easy to read, the atmosphere is homey, and the service was just like “mom’s kitchen”! The food is good and tasty, just like at home. This is what a diner, and for that matter, how restaurants should be: homey, great food and great service. Love this place. I would definitely recommend Lana’s Diner when in the Cincinnati area.

Came in here after a 12 hour night shift, I was craving breakfast. It was your typical diner food, but it came out fast, hot, & delicious. The staff was friendly and it definitely had a local/home type of vibe. I really enjoyed the biscuits & gravy. It was a sawmill style gravy that really hit the spot. I would definitely consider coming here for lunch or dinner.

Family-owned Diner . The service was great and so was the food. From the moment we walked in everyone was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. She allowed us to sample the gravy before we ordered it to make sure it wasn’t too spicy for our kids and offered a coloring book for our little girl. The food was quite flavorful compared to other diner type restaurants I’ve been to. My omelette was perfectly salted and seasoned . My English muffin came buttered which was nice! My entire family enjoyed their meal. A man who was working there, I’m guessing Lana’s husband, was also very kind and got my son a toy car to play with. We appreciated the friendly service and tasty food. We will most definitely be back

First time ever eating there for lunch today. My coworker and I are tired of the same ol fast food we get and wanted that mom and pop food. Found Lana’s here on google and it was better than expected. I had the country fried steak breakfast (10 stars outta 5 easy) and my coworker had chicken and dumplings (at noon on new years eve ) and said his was amazing. We will be back as much as possible

My family and I had a fantastic breakfast at Lana’s. The hotcakes were fluffy, the cheese eggs perfectly cooked, and the bacon was crispy. The portions were extremely generous. I had plenty of leftovers and they kept well for me to eat them later.
Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, even encouraging me to turn on the festive Grinch figure.
The service was prompt, coffee was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend!

Rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to here. If you’re in the area looking for breakfast or lunch, SKIP THIS PLACE. It’s dirty, incredibly long wait for food that’s adequate at best, and the staff passes their overwhelming + unnecessary stress onto every customer. Take the extra time to cross the river, it’ll be worth it

Everything was great meal came out fresh and tasted great. Very affordable I got pancakes(3) and a veggie omelet and added potatoes meal also came with toast (no picture) definitely enough food for two meals . Service was great even when they started getting busy highly recommend to others

We have been trying all the spots in Bellevue, Newport, Covington, etc and so far this is one of my favorites. It’s simple, with really reasonable pricing and plentiful food with each order. And please remember smoking hasn’t been in here since 2020. We also got a parking spot right in front, free. There were a handful open around us and we were here on a Wednesday morning around 9.
There were many “regulars” when we were there and I loved that and felt like we were in for a good meal….and we were.
I couldn’t decide what to get and wanted protein but am sick of eggs and felt like a burger but also wanted pancakes…. so indecisive . I was appreciative that I could get two kids meals. I ended up taking most of the burger back to my kiddo and she loved it. It was a good homemade burger and the fries were great! All was hot- like, right off the grill/fryer hot… so good. The pancakes were good but next time I will likely go with an omelet. many people around me had an omelet and they looked awesome! My husband had the veggie omelet and it was really good.. I took a bite and he was also really satisfied and tried everything and liked it all as well…
