Stopped here for a quick breakfast. We both got the biscuits and gravy. Really good for a fast food place. Was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t charge my wife for her coffee. A simple little thing like that elevated the whole experience. The cashier was wonderful, you could tell by the way she was treating the regulars, and the way they treated her also.
Next time we’re in Mountain City, we’ll stop back in for a quick breakfast again.

It is the worse experience I’ve ever had going to a fast food restaurant. They messed up everything, not to mention when we politely asked for it to be made right they purposely messed it up even worse. Also there has been multiple times that I’ve heard that people at this establishment have messed with peoples food. Customer service is terrible aswell, which begs the question can someone please hire some people worth a paycheck this Hardee’s used to be good when I was a child now it’s pathetic.

Really good place to eat or used to be, tried to order a cup of coffee to go with pie and was told they quit serving coffee at 1 PM. I was so surprised. I told the lady at the window some people like a cup of coffee all the the day not just til 1. So McDonald’s here I come.

Ordered 3 hot ham and cheese sandwiches, 2 burgers and fries…. everything was cold from the start! Cheese wasn’t melted on anything, the hot ham and cheese was a cold, one burger had a missing patty and unmelted cheese, 2nd burger was cold and drowning in ketchup.
Spent almost $50 for complete disappointment, and will not be going back.

Primal thickburger combo, small coke,onion rings. The burger was actually very good ,cooked correctly, and to my surprise it wasnt messy,lol. Prime rib added a lot of extra flavor. My only complaint, the onion rings were a little over cooked .
