TERRIBLE. I’m pregnant and been craving this for so long got out of hospital and spent last of my money on some good food. I order a plate that comes with two meats and side I got hot orange chicken and green bean CHICKEN BREAST which I’ve ordered before. It’s clear that your state line location in Kansas and your location off of Nolan Road in independence, Missouri need some more training .. They were making the food fresh in the back and wait was not long at all. Customer service was on point as well. The interaction between the coworkers were good as they helped each out. Once food was put out, they made our plates. Mind you they were getting ready to close and still made awesome accommodations for my family and I.

Terrible experience. Incredibly rude employees(and manager) and the food is never consistent. I could go on for days about how RUDE the staff was…. totally unacceptable. Hopefully some retraining will take place.

We’ve been to many of these and this one was great. Located on State Line in Kansas just north of Ward Parkway center.
I had cashew chicken and steak. It was very good. Wifey had pork, was great, too. We prefer the chow mein. Wifey split and had some rice.
