My brother and I ate at this Arby’s on 2-11-2026 for dinner. I got sick with stomach issues within 1 hour after eating a classic roast beef sandwich and small fries. My brother got sick with stomach issues a few hours later. He had the double roast beef sandwich. So we can say that it had to be the sandwiches that made us both sick. Everyone needs to not eat the food from this location. I have eaten at several Arby’s and haven’t gotten sick. So I know there is an issue at this location. Stay away from this location.

Are all the employees here high? Ordered online, went in to pick up my order, tell the girl at the front and she just looks at me and turns back around like she didnt hear me. Everyone is moving at a snail’s pace, guy in green Oregon hoodie’s pants are hanging half off his rear. I ordered ahead, 10 minutes from time of order till I got to the store, another 10 minutes to get my food. Fries were not only halfway full but cold and oddly slimy? Did management just quit the place or something?

This Arby’s had the normal food. There was 1 person in front of me and it took over 15 minutes to get a beef & Cheddar, 3 potato cakes, and a small milkshake. While I was waiting a staff member came in (they said 1.5 hours late) wearing house slippers with no socks. I’m glad she was late and it couldn’t affect my food.

We parked and ordered inside. I waited five minutes or so behind another person before someone came to take orders. There was a stack of cars in the drive through and apparently people picking up orders they made on an app. There were only 4 people working and orders were slow. Our food was good and hot but other people were bringing theirs back saying the Mac n cheese was cold inside or the burgers didn’t have the condiments they asked for. In Arbys apparently you put your own condiments on and fill your own drink cups. So how does that work in the drive through.

My advice is to go somewhere else, try Jersey Mikes. Always a disappointment when I go to this location. I haven’t been here for at least 6 months and thought I would give it a try. I wanted the loaded Italian sub. Same old bad service and they forgot some of my order. I was told to pull up and someone would bring it out to me but never did. When I saw several employees leaving. I went back to drive thru and told the manager about it . The sandwiches looked like they had pressed down and flattened.

Ordered 1 ranch chicken wrap, 1 roast beef slider and 1 order of curly fries. Got to my destination to realize there was only a slider and a chicken wrap with a tortilla so hard and stale it couldn’t be ate. And no fries, out of a simple 3 item order

When you order a Beef and cheddar and it doesn’t have any cheese on it then you take it back up to the counter Have to wait for minutes to get it fixed right while they fill every body’s else’s order ask for cheese then the cashier Mike tells you that you didn’t order it with cheese when you go get your receipt and Prove him wrong it makes him mad then start talk shit about you and you call him out on it.Then he tells you to calm down he’s very rude and doesn’t need to be working with the public and the manager doesn’t say a word to him about his actions . And no know who the District manager is or the phone number
