A neat little restaurant with a gas station connected to it. Quality of food was great. Service was lacking as it was only one guy working all the tables. The dish is i ordered was very good as I’ve never had mango in with my food. Pricing was fair and seating availability during lunch hours was no problem.

I went in to review this place. The water was horrible. I asked to speak to the manager. I asked if he’d consider a filter as this place is located adjacent (same bldg) as a gas station. The owner was offended I’d even ask this question. He was very rude and said he didn’t care about reviews. My meal left a lot to be desired as well, unfortunately. The tomato in my taco salad was a stump end. Perhaps it’s a better place to just drink at? The place is very cute and colorful but I would not recommend this place if the water is gross. Bathrooms were dirty too.

We pulled up and at first weren’t expecting much as it was attached to a gas station. However, it was amazing! My mum sad this was the best ACP (Pollo Loco, as they call it) she has ever had. The service was amazing. The waiters were super friendly and willing to joke with us. We will definitely come back if we are in the area!

Not coming back! Not recommending this place!

When we arrived the guy (who looked sour) at the front brought us to a booth and walked away. My husband wanted a table so we had to get the guy and he brought us to a table.

After waiting 3 minutes someone came to take our drink order. They left and never came back. Another waitress came by and took our food order and we said we had ordered drinks but the person just disappeared. She left and brought out drinks to us. She later brought our food.

I ordered the chicken fajitas. The chicken didn’t look cook and it felt like rubber. I sent it back (a first) because I didn’t want to take a chance on Salmonella poisoning and/or dying. The chicken still looked dubious so I only ate the smaller pieces as they were cooked. The salsa was ok but weak (watered down for Gringos). The cheese dip (which was the only food that was good) was good as well as the rice and the salsa was fresh. The sweet tea with lemon was passable.

The women restroom was awful. One stall had no lights (of rather it had the bare minimum and it was dark) and the other stall the door would not lock. The counter with one sink was broken off. And the bottom wall next to the door was broken. Because of both stalls being defective I couldn’t go and went to Walmart instead.

I was not left with a good impression coming here and will not come back here. I have been to other Mexican restaurants and had much better food. Taco Madres in Knoxville comes to mind.

Such a shame as it USED TO BE great. Can’t even get greeted when you get a table. They keep taking more customers but can’t take a drink order. Much less anything else. Was there for an hour while we watched other people order that had came in behind us. So all we had was cold chips and not even a half bowl of salsa.

Poor food and dirty place. Would not recommend. Out of stock of many ingredients (out of almost all drinks and no ground beef) with filthy bathrooms. Messed up our order several times and food that arrived was mostly gross. Salsa was watery with little flavor, chips were old tasting and very thin, rice had a weird taste and unseasoned, chicken looked to have been undercooked, sweet tea was resembling slightly sweet water. Bathrooms were discusting and out of soap, toilet paper, paper towels and saw server use the bathroom without proper sanitation.

We’ve been coming here for roughly 3 years. The food is always delicious & the service is always great & quick. The margaritas are awesome too. Love the staff, can’t wait for our next visit!

Horrible. 1st the sign says Poncho’s and Amigo’s not Toro…
Literally the worst Mexican restaurant we have ever been to. Fly’s all over our table. And the place was extremely hot, we could have passed out. The salsa is disgusting with zero flavor. The margarita’s do not even give a buzz. Our order took over 40 minutes to receive and the restaurant is not busy. The kids cheeseburgers are the cheapest meat possible. The burrito verde was absolutely disgusting and inedible the carnita meat was absolutely disgusting and filled with fat. The verde sauce is gross. Such a bad experience. Would never recommend or come back.

Disappointment. Taco bell has more flavor variety.

Frozen ingredients.
Cumin and salt seasoned beef.
No flavor distinction.
Chicken waybover cooked and chewy.

Chicken California and dinner #13.
Waste of money and Disappointment. This is frozen Mexican food served in lame environment that speaks to each other more than to the customers.

Come here expecting low grades.
