The Palm Palace came highly recommended for their Mediterranean food, especially the hummus, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We shared the Chef’s Meal for Two, and every bite was packed with flavor. The meats were cooked perfectly, tender and well-seasoned without being overpowering. It was beautifully decorated too! Our server was great and they have a robot waiter that will bring your food to the table! Definitely a spot worth going back to!

Palm Palace is an awesome Mediterranean restaurant right on the edge of Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, just seconds from highway 23 at Washtenaw and Carpenter rd. Palm Palace serves delicious Lebanese food which includes lamb, beef, chicken, shawarma, fresh bread, garlic sauce, and much more.
They take pride in their healthy portions at a reasonable price for the entire family.

Had the baba ganoush as well as the steak sauté w/ salad. While the entree was very delicious, I found myself eating more of my baba ganoush during my meal. The pita was warm and fresh. I had to take much of my main meal home so I could eat more baba ganoush. The garlic sauce was also very delicious. My server, Hoda, was very kind and friendly as well. I would recommend this place (especially the baba ganoush!) to others for a good bite in this area. Will definitely come back to try their other entrees and wraps.

Palm Palace in Ann Arbor has been one of my go-to Mediterranean spots, and I’ve been here multiple times over the years. One thing I absolutely love is their fresh-baked pita – soft, warm, and honestly hard to stop eating once it hits the table.
I’ve tried a good portion of their menu, especially the chicken dishes. Most of the time everything tastes fresh and flavorful, though I’ll say the deboned chicken can be hit or miss, sometimes perfectly cooked, other times a bit dry.
The atmosphere is beautiful and lively, making it a great place for both casual meals and celebrations. One of their fun highlights is Hoda, the robot, which delivers food to your table, definitely a hit, especially with kids and first-time visitors.
There’s plenty of seating and a huge space, so it works well for all group sizes, from small family dinners to large parties. Service is generally smooth despite how busy it gets, and overall the food usually feels fresh and satisfying.

Really great food, everything was so fresh and well flavored. We tried the vegetarian plate for 2. Gave us a flavor of all the delicacies from Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Tabouleh, Falafel, salad, soup and many more. The fresh baked pita was mind blowing. Enjoyed every morsel.
To touch it up all our smiling wonderful server Hoda made us feel so comfortable explaining every dish and fulfilling all our request. The smiling little host made us feel welcome and the yummy food and server made our evening memorable.

Amazing food. We ordered several different plates with shawarma, shish, and more, and all of it was fantastic. Easily the best harisa I’ve tried, and while I don’t always like baba ganoush, theirs had a terrific smokey flavor. I hope we can return on a future trip.

Delicious food, excellent service, and really nice ambiance. Hoda, our server, took amazing care of us and went above and beyond. We left so full and still had leftovers. The food was really well-balanced; filling, but fresh, so you feel good walking out. I can’t say enough good things about the mint lemonade & power mix juices (I got some to-go). The shish combo for two was great for two people, and all the meats were exceptionally yummy. I enjoyed that each meat had its own flavor profile so that you could bounce around and try new combos. And the hummus was as good as advertised! Will be back for sure

At Palm Palace you’re treated like royalty! The food is amazing, with flavorful meals, soft and fluffy bread, and huge portions that make it the best value in Ann Arbor. The service is just as great. Our waitress Hoda was so kind and made sure we had a wonderful evening. If I could give it more stars I would! Highly recommend!

I live an hour away so I ordered carryout online and had my husband pickup the order because he was working about 20 minutes away from the restaurant . It was ready upon arrival but some of the order was missing (6 bottles of the salad dressing $6/each) so he kindly notified a woman working at the to-go counter but she adamantly assured him everything was there. I’m not sure if maybe she didn’t understand what his concern was because she didn’t speak English very well but my husband ultimately ended up getting a manager who did end up supplying the 6 bottles of dressing that were paid for with our order. Once my husband got home he unpacked the bag and there was dressing leaking from the cross threaded lids of the salad dressing bottles which also were not sealed. I assumed they would be sealed for sanitary/preservation purposes but some lids didn’t even match and all were cross threaded. The other issue was that I paid $3 extra for a large salad instead of a regular sized salad that came with one of my dinner entrees. Both salads were the same size. I did call the restaurant to speak with a manager about what could be done and he told me I had to send pictures to his phone to prove the issues I was reporting & he would get back with me on what he could/would do. Apparently there was nothing he was willing to do because I didn’t even receive a courtesy phone call back explaining or even at the bare minimum apologizing for the poor service and mess we had to deal with! My order was over $100 (included was a $5 tip for doing their job) and we have placed big orders like this before with no issues. One time we ordered 4 dinners, bread, garlic. Hummus, salad, dressing, extra lemon oregano etc and it was still fresh, un-spilled, and perfect after driving 5 hours up north to deliver it to my mother. It’s unfortunate that we order from Palm Palace as a rare “treat” because we don’t have one anywhere near by so we expect to have consistent quality but this experience DEFINITELY lacked quality or even simple decency for a return phone call or small credit to convince us to return again. Do better Palm Palace, I know you can!
