Is anywhere clean, good food, and staff that actually want to work anymore? Seriously-looking at the bar of food, I almost left. Everything looked dry and old. They scrapped out the bottom of the chicken that was cold and dry for me-thanks. The salsa was out at bar, Ice out at drink station, and workers cared more about making sure the online orders were filled than the people at the counter.

I love, and I mean love, Moes. I have visited the original moes in Atlanta, when I was in college I ate there probably 2-3 times a week, when I travel, it is my go to!
That being said, went here for lunch, went with the usual chicken and steak bowl. Service was fine, went home and ate it. The food is terrible. The steak looks and tastes terrible. It looks boiled and it’s completely unseasoned. It it so tough. The chicken is garbage. It tastes like rubber, it doesn’t tear off, it cubes off like rubber. It is so freaking goofy. I ate a couple bites and now am so sad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We love Moe’s – quick and easy – healthier take away – and kid friendly. Our kids love the cookie and slushie drink included with their meal. They also like to pick what they want in their burrito/quesadilla etc.

This Moe’s is located in Hamilton Creek, Dacula. This is the closest Moe’s to me after the one in Buford, so I decided to come here for lunch. Since I had a promo code in my phone I decided to order online and avoid the line inside.
Once I got there, there were two hispanic ladies behind the food bar, and I asked one of them if my online order was ready and she did not realize there was one at all. She said they were “working on it” but really they were about to start my order. Isn’t this the point of ordering ahead?Avoiding all this? Smh.
Anyways, once I got my food we decided to eat there before, and apparently they didn’t like this idea… they kept looking at us and talking to themselves. My mom and me felt very uncomfortable the entire time. Not to mention they were very loud, and disrespectful.
Once we finished eating I couldn’t find a trash can bc the one outside was full till the top and I couldn’t squeeze anything else inside it. I asked one of them, and instead of taking it, she told me I needed to open the trash can myself and put it inside. Really? I did because I didn’t want to leave all my trash there but honestly I shouldn’t have.
This is your job, not mine. I’m never coming back to this location, and it sucks because we love Moe’s and this is the closest one to us, but I rather go somewhere else from now on.

Una vez que llegué allí, había dos mujeres hispanas detrás de la barra de comida, y le pregunté a una de ellas si mi pedido en línea estaba listo y ella no se dio cuenta de que había una. Ella dijo que estaban “trabajando en ello”, pero realmente estaban a punto de comenzar mi pedido. ¿No es este el punto de ordenar por adelantado? ¿Evitar todo esto? Smh
De todos modos, una vez que obtuve mi comida, decidimos comer allí antes, y aparentemente no les gustó esta idea … seguían mirándonos y hablando consigo mismos. Mi madre y yo nos sentimos muy incómodas todo el tiempo. Sin mencionar que eran muy ruidosos e irrespetuosos.
Una vez que terminamos de comer, no pude encontrar un bote de basura porque el que estaba afuera estaba lleno y no pude apretar nada más dentro. Le pregunté a uno de ellas, y en lugar de tomarlo, ella me dijo que necesitaba abrir el bote de basura y ponerlo dentro. De Verdad? Lo hice porque no quería dejar toda mi basura allí, pero honestamente no debería haberlo hecho.
Este es tu trabajo, no el mío. Nunca volveré a este lugar, y apesta porque amamos a Moe’s y este es el más cercano a nosotros, pero prefiero ir a otro lugar de ahora en adelante.

This restaurant is disgusting. It’s always dirty. The people here are rude. The bathrooms are nasty. The thing that makes me most mad is the attitude that all the employees have. They always have ear buds in and never listen to what you have to say. They never use gloves. I highly recommend going to a different Moe’s because this one is just awful. Don’t even get me started on how lazy the employees are they never clean the table or sweep the floors. THERES EVEN A HOLE IN THE FLOOR it’s not a drain just a literal hole.

I did an online order for pick up. When we got home the order was completely wrong. I double checked my order online to make sure I did not order the wrong item. After seeing I did not get what I paid for I called the number the app said to call if there was an issue. There are only young kids there and I was told the manager left and there would not be one available for 7-10 days. I only want a refund for the food I ordered and was not given. The kids on the phone think it is funny and are laughing about it being the wrong food. Below is a photo of what I ordered verses what I got. All of the items were wrong, but this is complete opposite of what was ordered.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brock, Mia, and Jamaury on my first visit to this location, and they made the experience fantastic. They greeted us with warm smiles, worked together to resolve an issue quickly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The gentleman in the back (wish I caught his name) recommended some great sauces that really helped the food shine. I also met King David, who was just as kind and welcoming. The food could use a little more flavor, but the amazing staff and great vibe are what will bring me back!

Ordered takeout at 4:45 pm, for 2 burritos and a bowl. Both burritos I paid extra for double meat, and a cup of queso. Neither burrito was filled enough to accommodate the double meat charge and looked like was rolled by someone who had never even seen a burrito before. we were given at most one persons worth of chips in our bag all of which were stale.

I worked in customer service before, and I love recognizing people who display excellent customer service when they deserve it. I went in to pick up dinner for myself and my wife and the three employees that worked at this location welcomed me (in the typical Moe’s way), but then we struck up a conversation. On top of delivering great service, these three workers had me laughing by the end of my order. They were extremely positive, humorous, and made what would normally be a mundane interaction very memorable. I asked for their names so I could mention them specifically, so shout out to Brock, Jamaury, and King David (per his request)!

I ordered off my Moe’s app and they decided to have DoorDash delivery it. The problem is I didn’t order white cheese I ordered shredded cheese and have to trash my food because I don’t eat white cheese. I called the store and told them and the nice gentleman said we no longer have shredded cheese. He apologized and stated that the manager will give me a refund. He then asked me for my name and number and the manager will call me to do my refund over the phone. So I called back at 6:14 and he gave me the manager number. I called Chris I guess the owner I don’t know but he was so rude about my money. Then he had the nerve to not understand why I was giving him the same energy. If you talk to me crazy you will get the same energy instead of him saying I apologize and I will refund you Monday morning he wanted to go back and forth with me. It’s best to just cook at home these restaurants aren’t how they used to be. Oh yeah and he hung up on me.
