I visited this McDonald’s location today for breakfast. Placed my order through drive-thru. Whomever, the lady who works the intercom speaker is slightly rude and snobbish several times I had to repeat myself. So! I ordered the number 7 two sausage burritos with hash browns and a cup of coffee. I also added a sausage McMuffin. When I arrived at the first drive-thru window to pay for my order I was not given a receipt for my order. Which I don’t understand how that’s possible. So! I drive forward to the next window to pick up my food order that I’ve paid almost $8 for. Standing at the window appears to be the manager. She hands me my bag of food and fastly closes the window. So I remain parked as I check my order I noticed everything is correct except there’s no sausage McMuffin in the bag. The manager at this point realizes there’s something incorrect about why I’m still there. So! She reopens the drive-thru window. I mention to her ma’am I have a missing item. She argues the fact that I never ordered the item in all reality I did still never was given a receipt for proof of purchase. The manager demands me to hand her my bag of food I told her no and drove off. This has to be the most disrespectful place I’ve had take out at. I will be contacting corporate about their employees stealing food from customers!

Customer service was disgusting. Asked for a McChicken add cheese light mayo. 1st one was wrong completely. 2nd one had extra mayo. 3rd one a little dab of mayo like they were trying to be funny. I don’t usually leave reviews but they tried it. I don’t want it now because it took so long I feel like they may have done something to it.

Wow! Best McDonald’s in the state ♡ they are happy and friendly and the service and food was Awesome and Yummy!
We had the pleasure of seeing them work as a team as they decorated for Christmas merrily in minutes! Beautifully done with such harmony. Nice to see a place where the staff is happy and helpful and the food is lovingly prepared! We will be back!

I have stopped at the Hwy 82, Greenville, MS location several times and have yet to get my order of a Diet Coke correct. Today’s flavor tasted like Dr. Pepper. If someone orders a diet anything just maybe they are diabetic and can’t drink sugar drinks! Today they also decided I was not deserving of cheese on my sausage, egg AND CHEESE biscuit. This is truly getting ridiculous. If the people of Greenville would boycott these “fast food” restaurants I bet the powers that be would do something about the laziness and don’t care attitudes their employees have! Needless to say today was my last trip to any McDonalds. I will make my own breakfast, at least that way I will get what I want!
