This location is falling off. Past couple orders haven’t been great.
The bad: The cinnamon breadsticks you gave us were flat as paper and hard as a rock. No way you didn’t notice what you sent me. I have the pictures of it and will add it later. You guys tried me with that. I spend decent money with you and always tip the drivers well but your cooks aren’t doing their job. Not only that but the order took nearly 2 hours to get here and I’m not even that far, your logistics need work. I ordered a lot here in the past couple years but I am going to start trying some other places. I’m really not trying to complain but I hope you can learn from what you are doing wrong.
The good: Easy to order from the app, the drivers are nice. The pizza wasn’t horrible but was pretty meh lately.
Hope you guys can bounce back and get it on track. When you guys make your food right it can be some of the best. But you have to make your customers feel like they got value or they will go elsewhere.

This is nasty, very lucky there isn’t a video option. Full on video of me pulling this hair out of the pizza dough. Either Pube or beard hair. This place is disgusting, hope they close this down, not the first time either. I’m done with this place.

Very nice pizza, great value for my money, ordered the spacial of the day 8 slice, pepperoni and sausage plus garlic butter for $8, very tasty. The service is very fast and friendly. Great option for pizza to go.

I have had repeated problems with this store, from quality to service. And when I contact someone I am told that manager or owner will contact me back, but have yet to ever get anyone to call me or email me. Food is overcooked, undercooked, MISSING, quality of product used is suspect on tonights order. Can’t even get a response when contacting corporate! Save your money, go to a different place, at this point pizza hut and/or little Caesars is better quality! I will not be coming back, I can’t do it anymore. Save your sanity, because if they mess it up, and they will, they will act dumb and not fix it in store and good luck getting the owner to respond!
ETA: this is the new sausage, according to the girl at the store. She said “it’s just chopped” the sausage they used before could not be chopped, it was GROUND. And you can see the grease glistening off the pizza!

So I ordered my food about an hour and a half ago said it’d be done by 45 minutes I was waiting outside for the the driver to pull up he literally sat down the road for at least 15-20 minutes then took off didn’t even bother to look at the house numbers cuz clearly you can see 7028 on the side of the house as he even stated when he came back then I was told that I couldn’t pay with $100 bill cuz they didn’t have change but there’s no spot on the website where it tells me where I can put down that I have $100 bill and that I need to change for it so therefore I didn’t get my food and it’s been almost an hour and a half since I ordered it great customer service skills especially with the manager that was on the phone with she’s seriously needs some more customer service experience because she’s very poorly trained at it

There was a honest mix up with order and these things happen no doubt about it. This team of Carly-manager, Matt-customer service, and Nick our driver was amazing. They came out twice and made sure we were taken care of. This level of service and food will make us forever use this location for our pizza needs. Thank you guys again, your great people who know customer service at its best!

It seems my review is going to be no different than people who were complaining two months ago..
However this place is usually great. Except maybe they franchised because something is different. Bathroom has been out of order for seems months now from other reviewers. I have a picture here proving it’s still out. I know covid makes it not a priority because no dining but come on.
So I wait for my order to say complete online and I proceed to go inside. Get told that they can’t find it under my name, then tell me they are putting it in the oven now, what? Is the app bs? Idk. Didn’t care didn’t think anything of it.
As I’m waiting in there TWO other people complain about being told multiple times different times there pizza would be done.
Idk what’s going on here but they are definitely lacking. More worth it to go further away, long distance but shorter wait time, weird huh?

Just ordered chicken parm and said noodles but got baked ziti instead manager said they use the boneless chicken not a cutlet and hardly any chicken. What the hell will never ordered that again only pizza from them. Will go to leaning tower of pizza for real pasta and chicken parm.

Nick was a great delivery guy, very respectful and sweet. The pizza was absolutely delicious and delivered in a timely manner for it to still be hot and fresh. Highly recommend him for on time delivery and awesome customer service!
