The torta was really good — I had the barbacoa torta and loved how fresh all the ingredients tasted. You can tell care goes into making it, and it definitely hit the spot. Now, the salsa… not my favorite. The onion flavor was a little overpowering for me — I would’ve loved more cilantro and less onion. That said, I’d still happily come back for another torta because that part was on point!

I’m not sure why this spot has less than 4 stars. I had a five star experience. For one, there are very few restaurants in The Outlets, and it is not wise to shop hungry. This is the spot to prep for shopping. I had the SW salad and it was fresh and tasty. It came with a generous helping of corn chips, and the very attentive bartender refilled my salsa at no charge. I also had the house margarita, which they upgraded me to the Cristilino, a clear anejo, which was fantastic.

Got full from a salad, chips and a cocktail for $23. No complaints and 5 stars across the board.

5 stars all the way.

I placed a to-go order and was very disappointed with the overall experience. After getting home and going through my food, I realized several items were missing—only to find they were never even added to the ticket. That’s partly on me for not double-checking before I left, but the quality of what I did receive was just as frustrating.

The Baja shrimp tacos had only two small shrimp total—completely underwhelming. I ordered two sides of queso and got two tiny cups, yet somehow ended up with eight containers of salsa. The bean burrito looked like it was just thrown into the container with no care, and the steak quesadillas were greasy and looked like something slapped together last minute. For a $60 order, the quality was far below acceptable.

Honestly, I should’ve just made the drive to the main location. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Management is very friendly and helpful. The person working the register was unfriendly and mildly rude. The food was priced high. 7.49 for a taco is too much. The food was just ok. The elote was too much for half cobs of corn. The nachos looked good and were a large portion.

Not a 5 star only due to pricing. Seems like they may be over capitalizing on being the only food on site.

Food was great, margaritas had good taste but the very small glass was packed with ice. I’d be surprised if there was 6-8 Oz of liquid for $7.

Service was very friendly, and the facilities were clean.

This place was TERRIBLE. People were cutting in line to grab a seat for their families instead of waiting in line to order. The food for two people was $45. It’s took 30 minutes to get our food. When the food arrived I just felt so jipped. The listing for elote says to corn cobs it it was two HALF cobs. The fish tacos do not say they will be loaded up with sliced onion. The fried shrimp tacos were not fried and they were also loaded up with onion. The chips were hard as a rock. The water dispenser didn’t have a nozzle on it and sprayed water everywhere. I will never eat here again. Even if it was free.

My dining experience at this place raises significant concerns for both management and potential patrons. The location appears to be an underutilization of valuable space that could be better served by a full-service restaurant. From both profitability and customer satisfaction perspectives, an establishment like Auntie Anne’s Pretzels could offer more appeal. They had a line waiting out the door. The outlet, open for less than a fiscal year, is already showing signs of neglect, with broken drink dispensers and damaged tables. Management practices appear questionable, in my professional opinion overscheduling themselves while leaving service staff understaffed. On December 26th, 2025, three managers were on duty directing only four employees one at the point of sale, two on the floor, and a bartender handling their own drinks. Although the state of the kitchen staff could not be confirmed, there is speculation that it was similarly understaffed. The food itself left much to be desired, described as cold and unappetizing, with diablo shrimp tacos, street corn, and a margarita failing to meet basic quality expectations. This experience has led to a decision to avoid the brand’s other locations, and the suggestion has been made to terminate the lease to prevent further decline.

Wendy was absolutely amazing! I’ve had margaritas all over the world, and hers was the best I’ve ever had. She multitasked effortlessly while staying friendly and attentive, and you can tell she truly knows her craft and values her customers.

Owner of los Cabos (all locations including this one) is an absolute cheapskate and I’ll never be giving my business to him again. My wife VERY kindly and politely asked to have her burrito remade due to them not putting a single piece of steak in her burrito. When the server took her meal back, the owner came out of the kitchen to very rudely stare my wife down and then proceeded to throw steak on top of the old burrito and then brought it back out to us. Anybody who knows anything about restaurant service knows you remake a customers food if you goofed up. This specific place is overpriced, food wasn’t even that good, and waiters didn’t even give us a number for our food when we sat down. Save yourself the money and time and take your business elsewhere.
