I had a very disappointing experience with Meal4u Delivery Service. Firstly, my order was drop off next to trash bin back of the garage. They used to deliver it by the front door specially this is a food!. Didn’t make an issue about this changes but recently after my husband open up the box, food was spilled all over and sauces leaked and soaked making a mess. I contacted customer service, but they were mocking and made accusatory remarks. I had been using this company for almost a year now and this is the 2nd time similar faulty delivery had happened. Previously they handle it pretty good but the recent one just blow us up. I do understand no one is perfect but they didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience and mock us instead. I expected much better, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Meal4U is a great option for someone who wants to cook delicious Korean food at home. Everything is packaged nicely and clean and they deliver to your door!! I also love how they are saving paper by not putting anything other than the food and ice packs, unlike other places. You can find their recipes from the website! Their menus change up a bit week by week, but the most popular ones are always there, so you can order it every week! Oh, they also have an excellent customer service too. I highly recommend this place ◡̈.

I tried several menus from Meal4U and the ‘braised pig’s trotters’ was very tasty. All side dishes were awesome! The meat from Ox bone soup was not the best, but the soup was very hearty. The subscription option with free delivery will be definitely worth even more. And their packaging was very clean and organized, as well as the delivery.

Ive been ordering from them every week for a couple months now and everything is fresh, tasty, authentic homemade Korean. Delivery is well packaged, timely and following directions. The menu is really large and includes many things you don’t see in restaurants. There’s a few non Korean things too each week.
Note that when you order an item, it’s averaging two portions (some are kinda like 1.5 and others it’s more like 3). Many things are like an entree or side rather than a full meal. So for example, the bibimbap is really good but you need to add rice and I also like to add a fried egg. So the selections feel like meal shortcuts for Korean families who would then add rice, banchan and other things to the meal. However, if you’re familiar with how Korean cuisine works or do some research, you can make some good meals.
The box and cooler material are reused by them, so leave them out for pickup in the next order. Also, if you change the number of meals in your plan it resets all your selections! So make sure to fix them again. Thats my one complaint about their service.

Super fresh Korean meals delivered to your porch for healthy and delicious eating. I’ve tried about half the menu so far and each one has been very good- traditional Korean flavors. They have some hard to find dishes too. Definitely try them out.

We’ve been ordering from Meal4u for about 6 months now and they never disappoint. If you want to try variety of korean food every week, meal4u is the best in Virginia. We try different menus you can choose from their website every week and their quality and quantity is special. One of their best thing is delivery. Never late and always packaged so that the food won’t go bad. Can’t wait for next week. Fyi please try their mala soup.
