Stopped at A&W today and had such a great experience! I asked for a few extra things once I got to the window, and the team didn’t hesitate. They handled everything quickly and were incredibly sweet about it.
I also really appreciate that they always ask if I want cherry and whipped cream. I usually don’t, but it means a lot that they check every single time. That kind of thoughtful, friendly service really makes a difference.

This is pathetic you guys know this is way to much, when I called, they answered the phone by saying hi A&W you can uhhhhhh…. And didn’t say a word until I did not only do you not know how to make a chili dog you don’t know how to answer the phone either. It’s really sad is how much I used to love their food but yeah, this is literally uneditable.

Loved the chicken as always however I didnt get a large drink or ranch like I had asked for. Had to go in to get my ranch and decided it wasnt worth asking for the drink.

Probably the best service i’ve ever had At this location the young lady on the front counter Was so nice to my son, She allowed him to make his own float (with her assistance.) Coolest thing ever and made his day

One of my favorite places to eat, but usually hit and miss. Today was a more of a miss though. Dill pickle curds were over cooked and exploded, the mini corn dogs were also overcooked and yet undercooked at the same time.

The drive-thru was completely empty so I thought it would be a good opportunity to get some food I pull in and I’m told that I need to wait and I sat there and waited and waited. Eventually I just gave up and took off cuz no one was even there to take my order at a completely empty drive-thru. Pathetic

Three days ago I came and got a large chocolate shake. It was amazing. And was chocolate. Yesterday I went and got 2 large chocolate shakes after they were handed to me I sat and waved and waited till someone noticed me still sitting there. I explained they looked nothing how they did last time and let alone it wasn’t even chocolate looking. It was as white as the cup. The girl in the drive thru didn’t seem to care because she told me “I put 2 pumps (scoops) in there. There is no vanilla in there ma’am. If you leave and try it and decide you don’t want it come back and I will remake it “ I was there and you couldn’t remake it ? Wasn’t worth what was spent on it either. Didn’t even taste like ice cream at all. Honestly ended up throwing it away because it was disgusting. And when I dumped it out IT WAS PINK NOT WHITE NOT CHOCOLATE. PINK. Because I asked for no whipped cream and NO CHERRIES. There was 7 cherries in it. Beyond disappointing and disgusted. Thought customers were right when they ordered their food. But guess it wasn’t even what I ordered so how can it be right ? I work in a neighboring business and visit this location frequently . I probably will never visit again. Also included a picture of the “chocolate shake I ordered” and how it’s at vanilla /white in color as the cup is .
