We tried this place because we were craving something warm and comforting. We ordered the Golden Sliced Fish Rice Noodles and the Szechuan Hot Pot Rice Noodles, plus the pig’s ears with spicy sauce as a side.

The food was… okay.
Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. The broth flavors were mild and the noodles were fine, just not very memorable. The portion sizes were decent for the price.

Service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant felt clean and new — definitely a plus. They also gave us those small yogurt drinks, which was a cute touch.

Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re hungry and already nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

If you know Yunnan Province in China, they have this noodle soup dish called “Crossing-the-bridge noodles”. It’s a hearty broth based noodle soup with soft and bouncy rice noodles topped with about a dozen ingredients. Yunnan ham which is a specialty would be a star topping but they use a normal ham as one of the toppings. Pickled vegetables are also another classic topping but I did not see their version was so noticeable. They offer several different broths including spicy and kimchi options. Their menu also has larger meat entrees on offer. You can add chili oil for extra spicy taste for your soup. Their cucumber salad appetizer is very tasty. Parking is a bit difficult since they are located on a street but free and metered parking is available around the shop.

Rice noodles — who can resist? The food was great and the service was excellent. The only downside is that it gets a bit crowded when the restaurant is at full capacity, and with the pots being so hot, there’s a slight risk of accidentally bumping into them and burning your hand.

Nice and clean… Still looks new and not too loud. Service was quick and attentive. Didn’t know different 10seconds noodle shops varies in menu. This one does not have fish maw chicken soup rice noodle or cold seaweed salad… Instead they had cold marinated pig knuckles (it was tough). Fried tofu (way over fried…. No tofu inside…Hard)…. They have the standard rice noodle and I got the hot and sour soup base which was nice and spicy…. Not sour though.

The food is a bit pricey, but the customer service is excellent. They don’t have a parking lot, so I had to find street parking, which was quite challenging during dinner time.

Food is good. They do give free noodles. A bit on the expensive side. Service can be improved. No one checks in on you if you need anything. Hard to get their attention
