This place is TRASH ! ️
When we arrived the open sign was turned off but the Bright LED lights on the trailer were on , which were so bright you couldn’t even read the menu .
got the burger since everyone on the reviews was hyping it and idk why , it was the size of a burger from McDonald’s dollar menu the patty was thin, and dry , they just slapped a cold American cheese on top didn’t even melt it , the lettuce was slapped on with nearly any on it , It was smashed down and there was more bun than flavor or ingredients came with store bought frozen fries for 10.50 , Got tacos (asada) and the meat was extremely dry and left more to desire for meat was flavorless and just not worth it .
There was no grilled onion which they lady said they came with and just very little meat in them , the Gordita was 5$ for a simple small Gordita with beans and meat although it seemed like that was the only decent thing I got but still not worth the price .
Not sure how they are even open as a business with the low quality everything
If you have great taste and your tastebuds and senses work and you’re lookin for fresh juicy tacos this place is not it . Definitely don’t recommend .

So yummy! The ranchero/potato taco was crisp on the outside, meat was seasoned perfectly! Asada gordita was flavorful too. My hubs had the barbacoa taco with his gordita and went back to order another taco. We will definitely be back!

This is THE taqueria in Waco. It’s a step up from Taco Z’s in terms of food quality and it is half the price and a fraction of the overcrowding. They’ve got great hours for insomniacs like me and the girl who works the window is always super friendly and helpful. GET A FEW HANDMADE GORDITAS! Pockets of zesty meats and onions in a texturally rich, structurally tender ground corn pocket, they nearly melt in your mouth. They are hard to find anywhere anymore and they are absolutely worth stopping by for. Pair your meal with a cold Mandarin Jarritos ok? Ok. ✌️
