Made a pickup order at 2:30, arrived at 3:00 and was told to wait until 3:25 for my order to be made. We went back up to the counter at 3:25 and food was still not made and it took about another 10 minutes to be made. tables in the restaurant were all greasy and dirty despite there being 4 people on duty at a time.The Dumpster was left in the dining area as well and it smelled horrible.

Wanted to get a sub for a nursing home resident but the person working refused to serve us at 915 in the morning. They open at 8 am so there was no reason not to serve us.

I ordered the italiano hotshot sandwich TWICE on doordash, and both times it was made completely incorrectly with no meat. I walked up there and asked for it to be made correctly, and the young man working there pulled out a whole tray of moldy bread right in front of me, threw away 4 and tried to salvage 1 before throwing it away. They are clearly understaffed and didn’t have a manager, they seem like good people with good intentions but they should not be handling food in my opinion. The food on the line looked old and stale.

I know it’s subway but seriously come on. I ordered turkey sandwich with vegetables and got a sandwich with just bacon. Then ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies for macadamia nut… called and the “manager” kept saying what do you want me to do? If it didn’t have vegetables then we were out and if you got the wrong cookies then we were out, what you want me to do??

Order on the app said it was ready for pickup. Lady at counter said I had no order for pickup even though I showed her that the location was right and it says ready for pickup. She said shrugged it off, ignored me, and went to other customers. Giving me a real headache since now I gotta call my bank to dispute the charge. No wonder this store has bad reviews, I don’t blame them.
