This location has become a regular spot for my wife and I. Being business owners ourselves, we are constantly watching how other employees are are interacting with customers. We’ve watched many come and go, but the one that’s constant is Arthur. From our view, he knows how to keep things running smoothly and will not tolerate anyone not getting the job done. Well done finding a manger like this.

Drive through attendant seam as if it was an inconvenience for me to be there. I asked her if they had a kid’s meal because the drive through panel clearly doesn’t have it on it. I ordered a number eight, which is a ham and cheese and winded up with a single bacon cheese with nothing on it. Employee, nasty attitude, food incorrect. My child was in the car and listened to this adult through the speaker.

Fantastic! Just fantastic! I came in initially to use the free wi-fi for studying, and was instantly compelled by the fun light hearted atmosphere. I ended up staying for a little over 3 hours and ended up getting dinner, as well as having a wonderful conversation with the GM Arthur. Will be dining again!!

Don’t go. Complete garbage. Paid 5 bucks for a milk shake and this is what they gave me. A lump of hard ice cream in milk. And bout half full of cup. Worst I’ve ever seen.

I went to the drive through today at lunch about 1130 the person working. I use that term loosely. They didn’t speek a word. Grabbed my payment and handed me a bag. No thank you nothing. Didn’t even look at me.
Worst service ever. Hey if you don’t want to be there I get it. Fake it. They are paying you to represent the brand.
I will think three times before I spend money there again.

I went here quite a bit. The night crew is not professional. It seems we are a bother to come in or take out.
I ordered 3 burgers.
Went in to order. The cook, was not impressed. Foul language was used, I’m sure I wasn’t meant to hear but he said it loud enough. The cashier was super sweet. She even apologized. Got the food, got home. My burgers all had 2 small patties instead on the large patty. Was super sloppy.
Went back later that week. Definitely not professional. Same cashier. She was fantastic. Was same cook and same manager. Again seemed like a burden to take our order. The manager was cleaning and huffed. Didn’t greet us or anything. We walked right past her.
I will definitely not go back in the night shift.
The day shift is fantastic. But something needs to change on the night shift and not the cashier.

Used to eat here prolly once a week sometimes 2 always used my card they can pull it up. Will not be coming back here anymore they refused to fix a order they messed up so you just lost even more business lol. No wonder they got 3 star review an nobody eats here lol crap employees costing them business.
