This was my first time eating here and it was a very positive experience. My waitress Tionndra was super friendly and fast and the food was delicious. I got the sausage bacon casserole bowl with coffee. The coffee wasn’t too hot to drink, which was nice.

Tionndra was our waitress but it wasn’t just her that was great, it was the entire staff. We are in the middle of an ice storm and we have been without power for a week. It was so nice to see smiling faces, welcoming attitudes, and phenomenal customer service. Probably the best Huddle House experience I have ever had! Kudos to Booneville Huddle House and Tionndra for a job well done!

Ms Alicia is absolutely fantastic at her job. She is super spunky and full of life and energy. I would highly recommend coming here just to be treated like you’re at home. They are a very caring, positive, and friendly team. The restaurant was cleaned and smelled delicious with coffee and fresh food. Go see Ms Alicia for yourself!

Breakfast this morning was delicious! We have the MVP and casserole. The staff and food were great! Server and cook were attentive. The staff and manager were great. The waiter was attentive and awesome! The waitress recommends ORange juice and the MVP breakfast! The manager and the staff had friendly and great service. We came to Bonneville for a wedding. Stayed across the street from this Huddle House. We went to breakfast that Saturday morning and our waitress was Tionna. She was the BEST!!!! She made sure we had everything we needed and always had a smile on her face. When visiting here again I will definitely be back.

Wewill never eat there again unless we are desperate.we had problems 3 times in tupelo .we ordered 3 of the 6.99 meal specials burger fries drink went to pay the bill it was 50.00 3×6.99 is not 50.00y husband had to argue for 30 min to straighten it out. Then we went there again same thing. Third time we ordered 2 of the smash burger meal deals burger fries drink and 1 children’s meal of chicken strips drinks came free.got bill they charged us 10.00 each meal plus 3.99 each drink our total was 45.00 we told them that wasn’t right that we ate specials drinks came with it each meal was 6.99 not 10.99 plus 3.99 the waitress got hostile didn’t want to change price my husband said he knew how to count and it wasn’t she slapped counter said I know how to count too and told cook in back we were griping about 3.99 drinks and that is so stupid it’s not like it’s alot of money. Well if you add it up it’s 12.00 .she kept yelling at us and I do mean yelling customers were looking. And when she was told the meals were 6.99 not 10.99 she argued about that even after we pointed the sign out to her . She loudly started criticizing us to the cook saying they are getting on her nerves now we want money back on food because they said I over charged it’s only 3.00 more now I have to go through changing price on menu it’s not like 3 will kill them well you add that up that’s 9.00 +12 for the drinks that is 21.00 tax.i told her I wanted the managers number she claimed she was the manager she wasn’t i asked number for district manager she wouldn’t give it to me. We ate at Booneville huddle house today and was charged 6.99 for a waffle 1 waffle I won’t eat there anymore

Pretty busy on this occasion, so food quality was a bit rushed. But our server Tionndra was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and was always checking to make sure we were okay. Typically food at this location is spot on. This one trip was a one off.
