If I could, I would give 0 stars for the food, I have never eaten such tasteless and bad burrito and quesadilla. We ended by throwing away the whole thing and wasted $40 on food, I was not able to even chew chicken it was that bad. It looked like the chicken was pre packaged one from some superstore. No flavor at all. Don’t waste your money over here. Not worth it at all. I saw all the good reviews and decided to go but was disappointed.

This is an excellent taco truck! The food is authentic and the salsas are great. The menu is huge, but somehow the service is still pretty quick. They have plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas to save you from the sun.

Best Mexican food in Montana, we tried some fajitas from other places and it was unauthentic and plain bad. Real homemade tortillas here, delicious red and green chile, plenty of spice but not overpowering, I wasn’t quite sweating. I would recommend Al pastor and carnitas.

Great food, definitely made sure to stop by a few times during our stay. Some days they were a bit slow to make our food despite us being the only ones in line, and one day my beans had tinfoil in them so that was pretty annoying to avoid. Overall good!

Great Mexican food! Fast service and good portions. It’s a food truck/bus that is permanently parked. A few tables of seating are available outdoors. We came out from Yellowstone fairly late (9:30 pm) and were looking for good food that would be ready quick we were more than impressed and definitely chose the right place! Highly recommend.

Amazing food truck that serves delicious Mexican food. Has good outdoor seating. We got the Chicken Nachos with a side of big Guac , Carne Asada, and fried fish . The fried fish took about 20 mins and was totally worth it. Nachos were loaded with chicken and the Carne Asada was tender and juicy. Tortillas were hot and fresh. Highly recommended if you’re in West Yellowstone and like Mexican food.

I was not expecting it but their California burrito may be the best one I had in a very long time (including many places in SoCal). Perfect tortilla de harina, really crispy fries and their pastor was perfectly cooked (asked for the meat dorada). They were pretty friendly, the food didn’t take long to be ready and it was a good size. If I’m back in the area I’ll definitely be back!

What a super fun experience! We saw this place on the way to our cabin in Island Park the day before and just knew we had to stop at some point. The ladies working the ‘taco bus’ are super friendly. The food comes out quick and is legit! It’s a bit pricey, but you’ll enjoy your meal for sure.
We drove by several other times and the tables were always full and there was often a line. Park across the street in the free lot; easy walk over. 🙂

Ok…. so the food was good but I had higher expectations for Mexican food. Beans were bomb though.. We went there 2x cause it was down the street from our hotel.
The first time it took about 20 minutes to order and then we thought our food wouldn’t be as long, but it took over an hour to get our food, which was 5 tacos and a burrito.
The second time we went earlier and thought it would be faster, but nope it was about an hour to order and get our food. We spent about $60 for 5 of us. The drinks alone were like $15. I’d suggest going next door to the gas station and buying drinks while u wait. We thought of that too late.

We ordered Enchiladas, Quesadilla, Veg Burrito, Chicken Fajitas.
The taste of the food is okay.
The Quesadilla is not good. They just gave tortilla with stuffed cheese. They not even added some vegetables in it.
They can customize the dishes in vegetarian if asked.
