I went there for a late night pizza they only had one staff that took the order, cashed, prepared the pizza and served it, however, despite that it was a great experience and the pizza was amazing. I highly recommend!

This experience was deeply disappointing and highly concerning. I placed a large catering order for my children’s birthday party—food for 30 people—and confirmed the details with the staff.
During the order process, I made a specific, sensitive request: I asked the cashier not to assign a delivery driver from the aggressor country. I explained that due to the ongoing war and my family’s situation, I would not be able to provide a tip, as I do not wish to financially support anyone potentially sending funds to the invading country. I emphasized that I previously worked in pizza delivery and always tip generously, but this was a matter of principle.
The cashier explicitly confirmed they understood my request and accepted the order.
However, the next day, on the morning of the party, I received a call from Sarpino’s informing me they were abruptly cancelling the entire order. When I asked why, they stated that all their drivers were probably from country aggressor. I was left completely shocked and forced to scramble to find food for 30 guests at the last minute for a pre-accepted event.
I immediately contacted the owner regarding the abrupt and insensitive cancellation. A while later, I received a follow-up call where they offered to fulfill the order and use a third-party delivery service. I refused.
This is not only an example of poor customer service but also a deeply disturbing display of inflexibility and insensitivity. Cancelling a large, pre-accepted catering order on the day of the event after explicitly accepting a known condition is unacceptable.

I love sarpino’s so much. They have so many vegan options and the best vegan cheesy bread I’ve ever had. I come here as much as I can afford and highly recommend especially for vegans. Open so late until 3&4 am it’s amazing! Always such nice employees.

Tried their pizza for the first time as they had such great reviews. Pizza toppings were fresh and had good flavor. The crust was soft and chewy. I prefer thin and crunchy. Maybe I should have ordered the thin crust.
