This was my first and last time ordering large fries. When I opened the large fries, I found only 24 fries inside. The food was not good, and there was a fly in the rice. I called to inform them, but the guy said there was nothing he could do. I realize now that it was a mistake to eat there because there were a lot of flies in the lobby and a strange smell.

I do NOT recommend this place. The restaurant smell like strong cigarettes. I asked a few people who were walking in how was the food and they all responded that the food was ‘okay’ . But once I ordered the food I tasted it at the restaurant and it was completely nasty. Words can not explain. But the man at the counter was nice enough to refund me my full amount paid.

Plenty of choices and plenty of food given.
This take out restaurant has been in Salem for quite some time and has the reputation for good service food and price. People don’t eat there food inside. They have tables but in 14 years I’ve never seen a person eat inside most order and take it back home. Atmosphere is not the best but the food is good. Everything on the menu is good.

I ordered a couple of things including a large order of fries, my husband went to pick it up and when he got home that we open the platters there was only a couple of fries in a large platter, we called the store and then they called us back and said there was nothing they could do about it because they do not count the fries for the orders, never buying there again first and last time.

I order food from here all the time. I order today and it has taken them over an hour and a half to deliver an order of wings. I am a health care worker…I have specific break times. I ordered my food and hour before my break time purposefully to get it on time. Unfortunately that is not the case.

Some are hesitant to shop local in Salem, but community support is important and this place is above average Chinese food! The portions are large, food is not greasy and pick up- clean store and friendly staff.

Hands down it is by far the best Chinese food in the area. I’ve been to all the others. I haven’t found any other place that compares even close to how good the food is there. Customer service is extraordinary wonderful. You can tell that they’ve been in the area for a while and they treat you like family there.
