This was my second time visiting this BBQ spot. My first experience was really good — I ordered the 2-meat plate with brisket and sausage and enjoyed everything.
Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to the first. The brisket (No, this is not pulled pork) was overcooked, tasted stale, and wasn’t sliced properly. The green beans were bland and seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The potatoes were decent, but nothing special.
Since my first visit was much better, I’m hoping this was just an off day. I’ll wait a while before giving them another try.

The dining experience did not align with my expectations. The pork ribs were unexpectedly dry and lacking in juiciness, and the brisket was underwhelming in terms of flavor and taste. However, the macaroni and cheese and sweet potatoes were outstanding. The baked potato was flavorful, though not the best I’ve had. I went through the drive through so I’m not able rate the atmosphere.

Best steak house in town! Will definitely be coming back. We had the 12 oz. Ribeye medium rare, they came out perfect! Baby had green beans and loaded bake potato salad. I had baked beans and coleslaw salad they all were very good. Oh and don’t forget the bacon wrapped jalapenos. If I closed my eyes, I’d swear it was made by my own hands! So stop by sometime and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff seemed like they didnt know what they did or didn’t have, straight up told us dont get the brisket and were just overall completely disorganized

We came to Wild West BBQ to try some of their meats for our baked potato bar for our wedding! And it was very difficult to choose!
Everything was great. The moist brisket, BBQ chicken and pulled pork and the ribs stood out the most. Their sides were excellent as well! With the ranch potatoes, sweet potatoes and mac & cheese as our favorites!
It was a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Over all good food and good employees tho I have 1 huge gripe I got the grilled chicken sandwich and fries both of which were awesome but I also got 6 shrimp which used to be great but today when I went the shrimp had cooked and uncooked parts so I took one to an employee and he seemed genuinely upset that this happened and went to the back with the shrimp…. I thought this was a good thing but when he came back he offered to make me more shrimp… no I may be the weird one but my appetite was gone after that so I politely declined and he insisted unfortunately as soon as I got home they went in the trash … now all this to say normaly really good food just make sure you check it is all im saying

Absolutely outstanding food, especially for a really amazing price! You receive a lot of food for low price, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The customer service is very nice and they are super friendly, definitely give this place a chance, you will not regret it.

What would you say if I told you that you could get substantially higher quality food through a drive through than fast food? … well here, you can.
About as quick as fast food- I was served a two meat plate for under $13. The hot potato salad was very good- creamy- and the potatos cooked that perfect firmness. Could have used a little more bacon… but couldn’t everything!?
The okra was darn good. Perfect breading thickness- great crunch.
This will be the deciding factor for many- if you like a big thick pink smoke ring- you won’t find it here. I believe a misnomer to call it proper BarBQue without a bit more of the fire flavor… that said- the sausage was average. Nothing special- didn’t taste homemade- so expect average pork blend sausage- the star of this dish was without a doubt the moist brisket. It was exactly the right temp. Tender. Juicy. Crust on the outside. I would eat the brisket again without question.
I’ll make another visit soon to see if the quality of the cook execution stays the same. May revise ratings up. Overall- 4.4/5.
PS- short tables exist for the kiddos! Neat! I’d bring my family.

Meat by the pound is still 2022 pricing. Come get yourself some great food!
