The past 2 mornings I have ordered a steak, egg and cheese mcmuffin after getting off the night shift. Both times these sandwiches had almost no grilled onions on them. I didn’t say anything about the first one because things happen. But for it to happen 2 days in a row, it’s a thing.
I will say The Times that I have gone and Matt has waited on me. He has been wonderful.

Chisholm McDonald’s night shift is atrocious. Ordered my food, and sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for food. No cars ahead or behind me, although it appeared there were some people inside. Drive thru attendant tries to hand me my drink with about an inch of liquid missing and no ice in it. I asked for a new drink and it still had barely an ice in it. Upon receiving my food, the fries were cold and soggy and double quarter pounder with cheese was barely above room temperature. What’s the point of going to get hot food if I have to go home and put the fries in the air fryer and my burger in the microwave? I live less than 5 minutes away from the Chisholm McDonald’s.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at McDonald’s no matter where it is. My experience at this one in Chisholm Minnesota was okay, the manager was very pleasant very nice to all the customers. However one of her servers (didn’t catch his name but he was wearing the purple sweatshirt) was very quite rude to every single person who either walked in or placed an order in the drive thru. He was mumbling under his breath every time he came around the counter, even flipping cars off as they drove away because he either didn’t like the person or was just mad at his assistant manager. If it hadn’t been for that guy, five stars across the board. He was even having customers mumble about his attitude, and even a couple brought it to the manager’s attention.

They take forever and will get your order wrong. The dude was too busy laughing with his coworkers to acknowledge me or apologize for the long wait. The next time I am in a rush and need food I will just go hungry instead.

I was handed food and the lady said here’s my order and as I was in my car I checked it and it was completely wrong, so I came back and the counter lady was absolutely rude. She’s the one who handed me the order

Stopped in 8-18-25, at 7pm service was great, employees were kind, food was made fast. Definitely my favorite McDonald’s on the iron range, never unsatisfied with the employees here, they all work their butt’s off.

Litterly went here yesterday and waited in the pull up well bring your food out to you spot for 35 minutes I went in twice only to be told their getting it. Meanwhile their in the back laughing joking and serving other people then when I finally got my food it was cold terrible service while their was 4 employees working this place really needs to step it up a bit.

We all know what we’re getting into when we stop at the golden arches. Always great service. Food is alright but regret kicks in and I realize I could’ve had a great meal at home for that price.
