If I could give atmosphere a zero I would. The place was disgusting. Floor was a mess, salsa bar was gross, no ice, slushie machines leaking and dropping all over the floor. And the cherry on top was the women’s bathroom had no light!!

I have ordered twice at this place and every time I ordered a burrito, they gave me a tiny burrito both times. Doesn’t taste good and it’s not filling at all. I have been to a good Moe’s location and this location is definitely not it. Don’t waste your money ordering from here

Partner ordered food for us and I broke my tooth on undercooked rice. Manager was unprofessional, didn’t seem to care and created a hassle for me for compensation, which I’m not guaranteed. This isn’t the first time they have served undercooked rice, but this will be the last time to eat from here until they learn how to cook basic rice. Basics guys, should be the easiest thing for you to make.

Room felt like a sauna walking in. It was dead inside, with a group behind us to order. Idk what the person was talking about a month ago rating with 5 stars and amazing environment… This place was filthy, trash on the floor, grease (fresh and clearly days old with debris) all over the windows by the food, meat was clearly cooked and dry. The food hardly tasted like anything. The corn had the most distinct flavor in the entire burrito with seasoned rice and steak. Topped off with empty salsa at the salsa bars with salsa cups scattered across the counters. This place has fallen pretty hard.

Moe’s was conveniently located about 10 minutes from our place. From the menu, I decided to order a salad and a Stack. For the salad, I added chicken, rice, black beans, cheese, and pico de gallo. The Stack included chicken, black beans, queso, cheese, and pico de gallo.
My order was ready quickly, and I soon picked it up. We started with the Stack, which was delicious and crunchy. This was our first time trying a Stack, and we loved it.
Then we had Moe’s salad, which was fulfilling and tasty, packed with delicious chicken, beans, and all the sauces. We thoroughly enjoyed both the salad and the Stack, making our Friday evening delightful.

This place isn’t what it used to be. There were only two people working the counter, and they were being juggled back and forth between checkout and making orders. There was a line of about 20 people and they didn’t even bother to welcome me and coming in the door. There’s no more welcome to Moe’s. They are just nose to the grindstone. To keep up. It is a shame there used to be five workers and a happy group. The prices have also increased dramatically. Options are down, and there’s no more condiment station.

I was very disappointed to see how bad this place is now, to start the girl who was preparing the food did not have a hair net and had her bangs hanging out while preparing the food. The other girl in the registry had no costumer service, they were both very short of words. The drinks station was dirty, the ladies bathroom was dirty. Food was ok and price is fair, but won’t be back based on staff and atmosphere.

Place is DIRTY! We are inside for the 1st time in 5 years ( patio and outdoor scenery is too good to miss!) .It’s cleaner outside then in dining area! Whom ever is the GM/Area Manager/ or Franchisee should be embarrassed!
Now, I see others from 2-3 months ago had the same experience with cleanliness, Hum.
Somebody , even though they have responded on others reviews , well frankly isn’t doing anything about it.
Listen , Wesley Chapel is challenged with the lack of restaurants- which will change within time – but subjecting customers to lower standards is just unacceptable.
We love Moe’s have for years , in numerous different states- the product is great HOW this particular establishment provides is below standard. CLEAN IT UP!
