Drive thru employee kept my debit card and gave us one bag for a bunch of food. Ignored us at the window when we tried to get my card. Bag ripped in car from the weight. Had to walk into the store to get new bags and my debit card and was ignored for about 5 minutes. Floor was drenched in soda and the store looked awful. Do better.

Terrible service; from the manager of all employees. At the drive thru, I ordered verbatim: “2 rodeo burgers, chicken [patties] instead of beef…” Their menu does not explicitly cite a rodeo chicken sandwich. I drive up to the window, the manager then says to me, “Next time, order a rodeo chicken jr. because you were confusing my employee…” I didn’t say a word. I simply drove back around, read the menu to confirm what I initially saw. I kindly drove back to the window to notify her that what she sees [on her screen] is different than what the menu has posted. After waiting 20 minutes for her to return [from the restroom] all she can say is “I was just telling you that we do have it so next time you know how to order…” Huh?? I am not an employee; why is she telling me what to say? Even after kindly explaining to her that the menu appears different to me than it does to her, she refused to apologize & insisted, “I’m just letting you know…” She totally ruined my appetite & I promptly requested my full refund. Her customer service & people skills are atrocious

It’s Burger King not a sit down restaurant. Don’t get to excited. While the food is average at best it does serve a purpose. You get what you expect here. Something to eat. Occasionally you’ll get fresh food. When you do it’s a treat. A fresh Whopper can’t be beat. It’s also so rare to find one. Take a chance if you want to eat something and not expect freshness.

Gave me an open ranch asked for another she went out of view cleaned it and handed it back. After making me wait 2 minutes of course. Also just not friendly no care for service like I was interrupting their day. Weird all around. The person was Cortney according to the receipt

ordered doordash around midnight and everything was nice and hot until i opened my whopper and theres a dark red/purple hair IN BETWEEN my burger. tried calling but it keeps saying user busy, got my refund but this is disgusting

Ordered food thru the drive thru. My bag said one thing and the sandwich said another. The lady at the window looked to be in a hurry and clearly didn’t check the labels. Not happy at all. I paid for food and didn’t get what I ordered. I know it was late but good lord. I didn’t even get a receipt back after I paid. I even took a picture of the labels on my bag and sandwich.

Typical Burger King but with a shirtless homeless guy.

We walked in but had to go around the homeless guy’s bike, which was laid down in front of the entrance.

Young guy at the counter didn’t know anything about National Ice Cream Day. I asked for the manager, and he said, “I am the manager, and I know nothing about that.” Seeing that it was a BK Deal on the app and I’ve already used one for my son and won’t be able to use another one until am hour later, I just let it go and ordered my meal.

Homeless guy was sketchy, but he was helpful in directing us to the self-serve fountain drinks. Oh, well. At least it was peaceful and we enjoyed our meal.

It’s been since before COVID since we’ve eaten here due to price hikes and rude employees. Today we decided to get the free rodeo Burger with purchase, drive all the way across town just to go to Burger King. The website sucks!!!! Employees are extremely unhelpful!!!! We left without purchasing anything! If i ever go to Burger King again it will only be because I’ve grown old and senile and forgotten the horrible customer service!!!!!! Adios Burger Crap! Thanks for wasting my time and gas…
