Pei Wei Asian Express, it is very good, I really like the food, it taste awesome and sweet, I’m happy to be in the mall to looking around and everyone is happy, it was loud but worth it, they deserve working harder to order other people, that’s nice!!!

So I looked at the food and it looked good got in line to get 2 of the combos with 2 entrees and 1 side. Not only did the woman not let me say what I wanted to get she kept trying to rush me and wouldn’t answer any of the questions I had like what was considered sides and entrees. Cuz everything looked the same. I got to pick 1 “side” and then I asked for some chicken stuff that they let me try and she kept putting on random stuff. I kept telling her no and to stop but she just kept putting stuff in the box I got so mad because instead of listening to me she pushed the 2 boxes when I only got 1 idk why she put 2 and then the Price for what I got was 10.99 so maybe 24$ and some chang for what I got. They ended up trying to tell me it was 56$ for what I got. I got pissed and just walked away. Apparently they don’t understand that no means no really wish I could give less then one Star. Cuz this was just terrible

When going to this pei wei, or however you spell it. The whole experience seemed rushed. I got rice, and noodles and a 2 egg-rolls. How did my food come out to 25 dollars? Then at the check out. I noticed that the cashier had her hand on the food at the scale. She did the same with me. Friend confronted them about it and ignored him. No one speaks english and is incredibly dismissing. Wont give you your receipt as well.

Stopped by and asked if PeiWei gift cards could be used at this location. Was told yes. Later that day, I placed a large order to feed my Bible study group and the manager told me she would not honor them. Bad business move. I’ve called corporate to see if we can figure this out.

Good price & they give large portions. I got white rice, Bangkok chicken & orange chicken. Bangkok chicken was the best it had a lot of flavor. The orange chicken could’ve had more flavor. No stringy pieces of chicken.

My boyfriend purchased lunch for me at this location on 8/31. I got the noodles with bourbon chicken and honey chicken plus two egg rolls. When he brought it home and I started eating I found a long strand of hair in my noodles. I didn’t notice it until I pulled the strand out of my mouth!!! I am so livid right now!!!! I told my boyfriend about it and he said they didn’t have hairnets on but did wore gloves. I am so disgusted and disappointed that I found someone hair in my food!!! I called them several times but no one is answering. I am contacting corporate about this matter.

Waitress Physically put her hand on the scale when weighing my food a combo is advised as 10.09$for 2 entrees and a side I got a entree and a side and i got 1 egg rolls 3.29$ and my lemonade 3.29$ somehow got charged 24$ and they don’t provide receipt will not go to again eat again felt rushed through the entire thing
