I’ve been to many Playa Bowls, which rarely disappoint, and this one is truly the best of all. Fast, friendly service. Inside is calming and usually pretty empty. The bowls are made with thick drizzles, lots of topping, and perfectly frozen smoothies. Highly recommend.

I ordered a nutella playa bowl, and added mango. The mango is yellow, not ripe, and hard as a rock. The acai part of the bowl seemed like it was almost freezer burnt. Super chunky. It says my servers name is Brooke, and clearly she does not know how to make a good bowl. I have ordered from the OG location at the shore, princeton, etc, and never had an issue. Hope they figure out these issues.

This location is nice and clean. We ordered bowls with no coconut but they made it with coconut. We were nice about it told the girl that we ordered with no coconut and that I was allergic to Coconuts. They were clearly upset waiving the receipt around its not my fault that the person who took the order didn’t enter into the computer right. We got the bowls the bananas were mushy and the bowls were both all granola.

The first time, I tried Playa Bowls, and I loved it. I had a mango berry, and it’s delicious. The place has a nice atmosphere and great customer service. Definitely going again.

Always attentive, consistent, and high quality…expensive, but at least it’s always good! I must also mention that the current staff have been lovely to deal with. They are welcoming and polite…really nice group of young adults that represent your business.

I purchased an açaí bowl with bananas. They filled the bowl up with açaí and bananas. The bananas were nice and fresh but the açaí was watery and tasted freezer burnt. There was no flavor at all and doesn’t compare when it was Simply Fruits. I threw out the bowl after I ate the bananas. The Trader Joe’s açaí frozen packets have more flavor and consistency than this bowl at Playa Bowls. What a waste of money!
