came here after school to dine in with my kiddos and the staff here was great. the kind red-haired woman brought our food to the table and even helped my kid trade his little kids meal toy, lol. super chill atmosphere , ill keep coming back! 🙂

Good morning ,I must say it was horrible experience. My food was thrown together unprofessional and lady got my order wrong and didn’t care to fix it, so I left unhappy and not satisfied, but I wasn’t going to be rude even though I wasted my money. Here’s a picture of 1 item. I ordered 3 things and threw them away. All I ask is be a little more nicer, because if we wouldn’t by from your place, you wouldn’t bring in money to maintain.

Service and communication. Just not good. Gave us fried onions w/ salad that expired 2 months before. Dressing said to refrigerate, but was actually warm! We ordered no hot food! So it was hot for how long? Just bad. Wendy’s you could do better.

I was the only car in the drive through picking up my mobile order and I sat there for 10 min AFTER driving 10 min to come pick it up. Kid on window never spoke a word I was the one initiating everything. Then they gave me the wrong burger so I had to reverse back to the window. I genuinely can’t tell if the incompetence is intentional or if they’re just really bad at such an easy job. it’s Wendy’s guys cmon.

OMG the customer service is so bad, I came in YESTERDAY at the Cooper Wendy’s by the Race Track and I ordered 7 frostys and one Jr frosty,when I walked in the workers all stared at each other because no one wanted to make the frostys,they knew that frostys needed to be made and they never made them,this worker said “fine I guess I’ll make them since none of yall wanna make them” there was like 5 workers there near the cashier and their language was so bad, they all kept cussing in spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand and I don’t think that’s a friendly and safe environment for the customers, this all happened around 8 pm

The night shift staff is the worst ever no one was at the drive thru at all and they keep you waiting for almost 15 min waiting to order and when you’re done they give you the wrong order that’s so crazy

I normally love their Chilli, but today it exceeded all my expectations. The flavor was on point and the meat very tender and flavorful.

Horrible service plus the salad I got had cut up chunks of sliced tomatoes plus the young lady at the drive through window had a rude horrible nasty attitude asked for strawberry sweet and her response was we don’t have that I need somebody from cooperate to call me

I ordered to-go and went through the drive-thru. My food was accurate, hot, and the customer service was good as well. My and my sister both loved our food! Thank you! Edit: oh also, I ordered a Diet Coke and their fountain drinks are really good too.

The manager couldn’t compensate me for my deliver order being wrong. They decided to send a single instead of a double and absolutely NO BACON. As if half of a 2 large fries wasn’t disappointing and disrespectful enough. I paiD EXTRA for it to be delivered and they couldn’t make the burger right or even give me all my fries.
