We have ordered here a few times. No complaints until last week. I ordered a big tray of manicotti and a big tray of salad. We get home and open it and it’s mostacoli noodles with sauce on it. I was very disappointed. I called the restaurant and the “manager” said they dont even offer manicotti. I have a screenshot of the online menu, my reciept etc. He offered to remake my food. I said I thought you dont have manicotti. He said we dont. So I dont know what he was intending to remake. He was not at all customer friendly. I paid $120 for some nasty noodles and sauce that I could have made my self for much cheaper. That wasn’t what I ordered at all. The salad was good as usual. I emailed the restaurant the next day and still havent heard a word. So I waited to post a negative review in hopes my very valid concern would be addressed. Well, that was also an epic failure. We will not be back to this establishment. Very unprofessional and could care less that we spend our hard earned money only to be highly dissatisfied.

PIZZA REVIEW- I only write this review to counter-balance all the 4 & 5 star reviews…maybe their thick crust pizza is great! I don’t know, we ordered the regular since it was already pretty expensive! It wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad, but, I couldn’t taste the sauce or really any of the sparse and finely chopped toppings. (Except olives, an over abundance of olives). If you’re passing through as we were, I’d suggest you just get a coupon or special deal and order from a chain pizza place you know and accept- such as Domino’s (their thin crust is similar to this one.) Or if you order here, try the thick crust bc it has to be what all the 5 star reviews are about. Otherwise, this is a pretty plain, pretty average, non offensive, and expensive pizza. I do prefer “house of pizza” pizzas over chains…but not for thin crust here in this particular instance. My favorite crust is rare outside New England- a light fluffy crispy crunchy crust thicker than thin, thinner than deep dish- perfection remains elusive, but there is no such thing as bad pizza.

Passing through and stopped to eat based on the reviews. Had an Italian Sandwich, I was brought a 12” sandwich and only ordered a 6”, it was pretty good. Upgraded to the fried mushrooms and they were pretty good as well. Wife had the pizza sub and said it was good and she would eat it again.
The Dr Pepper is the only complaint, pretty syrupy.
Staff was nice and friendly.

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, the sauce tasted like water downed gravy, it was very unflavored. It was some of the worst pasta I’ve ever had.

I also ordered the cheese stuffed breadsticks. They were really good. Which is the only reason I gave them two stars.

1st time eating here! We came on Sunday night and it wasn’t busy at all. We sat down and got waited on very quickly. Service was good. Food was good. Extra parking available in the back lot. Definitely recommend.

It was our first time eating this regional chain pizza. Thin crust was cracker thin. Sauce was thin as well. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Pizza had a salty (good not too salty) flavor. Overall the crust was too thin as well as the sauce, but that maybe a local taste. Overall I’d say very good.

The boy who delivered our food was very nice kid. However I have to say I was disappointed with the outcome of todays meal. Ordered an Italian Beef (not pictured) it was okay, not enough Au Jus for the amount of sandwich, got the fried mushrooms with it and only had a total of 2 full mushrooms and some burnt crispy pieces. My mothers lasagna was unedible. Grease filled to the top, it was almost like soup. Pictured below

We visited this place on a Friday, after the lunch rush. I ordered a Club sub sandwich. It was the saddest looking sub ever. On piece of turkey and one piece of ham and some chesse… with some burnt bread. I have had a lot of Club sandwiches in my life and this was by far the worst.

The place needs some fly paper or something up. Tons of flies flying around.
