This was my first time ever going to Pita Pit, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience.
When I walked up to order, I was met with what felt like the classic “Gen Z stare.” I thought she didn’t hear me, so I repeated myself.. louder and explained that I didn’t know how ordering worked. She said “no worries, take your time,” but didn’t offer any guidance.
I asked what souvlaki meant and was told “I don’t know.” I also asked if building my own pita changed the price based on protein, and she said no—but didn’t explain how pricing actually works.
The atmosphere was following the tread very dull, TV menu broken and very outdated flyers posted. ONLY GOOD THING- The bathroom was pretty clean!
I ended up ordering the chicken souvlaki pita, and it didn’t taste good either. It was loaded with lettuce that seemed to go straight from water into the pita, making it soggy. There was very little flavor, and the meat itself was mushy.
I didn’t even finish it. At this point I was questioning everything and honestly just hoping I don’t get sick.

Super expensive and not what it used to be. They also don’t have the prices on the menu. $13 for a basic pita seems crazy.
The only worker there was in the bathroom for at least 7 min. The open sign wasn’t on.
They didn’t have a hair net on or hair pulled back.
You also can’t pick what type of pita you want. For your ingredients you have to already know what you want at the register and order from there instead of watching them build your pita as you order.
Definitely some health code violations.
I know this sounds like an employee issue but I do know that this behavior starts with management.

I ordered two pitas and requested pesto on both. One of them was supposed to have extra pesto and no cheese. Unfortunately, the pita I asked to have extra pesto had none at all, while the other one did. This was really disappointing, our original choice was Subway, but we came here because you offer pesto. I was looking forward to enjoying it through the last bite and ended up very let down.

The people are friendly and the food is fresh and wholesome. While the inside of the store is not as clean appearing as I would like it to be the food area does appear clean. The selection of sandwiches is good , And they let you modify it however you would like. Prices are not to bed, making a lunch meal affordable. The place is a bit small and cramped. The bathroom is likewise small and could also use some cleaning up. There was water on the floor and the toilet does not flush well. I did give it a passing rating, of 4 stars.

Went there to eat like I always do when I’m in Roseburg. Last time I am going there. Spent $40 on 4 pitas and it was stuffed full of jalapeños and barely any meat. Wasn’t impressed by that place this time around and can’t justify 40$ for jalapeños. Service was poor and slow.

The middle eastern burrito . I’m not om this side of town at kunch often but when I am I go to pita pit. There are so many great options and I love that you get to customize it and add as many toppings and sauces as you want. Plus there is no up charge for avocado!
If you don’t like it you only have yourself to blame try different to]ones next time.

The worst service I have ever received in roseburg. Start to finish but it went beyond the person at the counter. It took about an hour for us to get only one of our items made and the worker had to go to the back and search for every other thing because they didn’t have anything prepped and then said they were still waiting on the meat for our other item to be defrosted, and none of this was mentioned at the register, and there was only two other single people before us.
She also made a disproportionate pita, if I could show you a picture… small protein portions, I asked for shredded lettuce and she gave me Romain. I couldn’t even handle trying to make her add what else I wanted on it. After an hour we had enough
THIS WAS AT 1PM-2PM if you have anything going on, I wouldn’t risk it.

My husband and I have ordered a handful of times and most have been good. On occasion they run out of certain items.
Recently, I placed an online order for pick-up at 2:39 for a wrap and quesadilla. The time was set for ASAP but we don’t mind a little wait time since we walk. I arrived after the time suggested for pick-up at 2:49 to find that our order was partially ready. There appeared to be a short wait of about 2 orders, one other for pick-up. I waited 15 more minutes for the order to be completed to find that none of the condiments were served. After returning home I attempted to call regarding the order with no response. I wouldn’t normally mind but for the price of the wraps the flavor for us is in the sauce. It’s frustrating when items run out and having your order messed up. We hope to have a better experience in the future.

Order online picked up sandwich brought it home and it had no meat (should have been a club pita) came back with sandwich but the kid working didn’t know how to handle giving me a new correct sandwich and couldn’t get his manager to answer i finally convinced him to just write down what happened make my sandwich and let me leave I won’t be back ever to pita pit in Roseburg
