Luna Restaurant
Luna takes the historical feel of an old, refurbished bank in downtown jersey city, and provides a rustic dining space, with a clean and beautiful look.

Such a great experience. The food was fantastic and Mac was a great server. Seriously if you can request his section do it.
Cocktails were fantastic, we had two each. Highly recommend

Delicious food, large portions at a good value. Service was great too, our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a family dinner and we were all able to find something to enjoy (fish, pasta, chicken, burger).
Only downside is that the taps were a bit stinky, could smell them as soon as you entered the restaurant. However, the service and food made up for it.

Luna’s interior has a whimsical vibe. It’s a great spot to come for drinks and is popular with locals. The food menu is largely Italian and can be hit or miss. For me, it wasnt particularily memorable but just “fine”. I really wanted to like the pear ravioli more, but it was very balsamic heavy with little ravioli filling- overall unbalanced. That being said, the meatball appetizer is fantastic and I would highly recommend. They also host trivia on Wednesday nights which is a lot of fun.

Luna is a gem in Jersey City. The service was top notch and so was the food. Celebrated something special in here and our server did an extra mile. He’s the reason we will keep coming back. We usually go to the place next door for pizza, but Luna is also a very good place to go eat out, enjoy drinks, and have fun.

Went for the Wednesday all you can eat special. Started off great with a large plate but the plates after that were smaller and it look longer and longer to receive more which doesn’t lend itself to feeling very “all you can eat” especially with an hour a half limit..
I will say their food is good and the expresso martini was great.
Wouldn’t return for the all you can eat but I would to try other foods. Our waiter was very kind and helpful as well.

Chill vibes, chill but professional and attentive staff. Even the bartenders on top of their game welcoming you as you walk in. Tends to be quieter and less busy during the day, as the evening sets in and the locals stroll in ready for the delicious drinks that the bartender whips up. The food is more than amazing, and its delivered to your table with such care. My favorite apps are the empanadas and the crab cakes, and my favorite entree is the Branzino with pesto mash you will it be disappointed. Every time I go I bring someone different with me and the reaction is the same…just delicious food, yummy drinks and excellent service.

We had an incredible experience at this Italian restaurant! The food, atmosphere, and service were all outstanding. Our server, Nick, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—truly exceptional hospitality.
The pizza was absolutely delicious and All of our entrées were amazing as well—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. From start to finish, it was a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended

I finally made it here for the mussels and I wasn’t very impressed. The taste was off in the white wine sauce and the PEI mussels were small. We also got the spicy rigatoni and not pictured were meatballs. The pasta and meatballs were good. The bartender did a good job with cocktails but service is slow. I don’t know if I would return but if I did maybe just drinks.

Great ambience. Good food, we ordered the paperdelle and the chicken Milanese. Both dishes were good, but nothing over the top. We both ordered the golden boy… which was okay a bit watered down. They use to use the large ice spheres which i enjoyed more. Service was good, checked in throughout the meal.

This place gonna force you to sit in the self-service area, carry your own orders, bus your own dishes, and then charge you a required 20% gratuity on the bill for a large party?! Absolutely not! The nerve is stunning. Food was fine, nothing special, very oily. The riggatoni that some other restaurant won “Best in Bergen County” with 7 years ago was overcooked and mushy, with random cubes of mystery meat mixed in. I liked my cocktail that came with the rosemary on fire and dripped a hot ember onto my finger as I was carrying it from the bar back to my table. Tasty coconut flavor.
