Open nightly for dinner service, Silla del Toro also offers a weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 12 – 4 PM. We just had a great birthday party here last night. The manager is very knowledgeable about all the dishes. In the end we enjoyed 5 courses. (No room for 6th). The people are very warm and welcome. The environment and atmosphere is very enjoyable.

I had a wonderful time having dinner tonight at Silla del Toro. I enjoyed a drink and dinner at the bar. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Natalie took such great care of me. I asked for a red wine to pair with the steak and the Cab Malbec blend was absolutely perfect. Next time I’m in Roswell, I will certainly be back to try more of their menu!

This place is fantastic. The small tapa plates allow you to have a taste of their menu . Staff is very welcoling and professional Hunter (manager) was helpful an talked to us long about recommendations and restaurant insights. Don’t miss the New Zélande lamb Chops and the gambas al ajillo!
Their gin and tonic « make it your own » is so creative Austin, their bartender is fantastic. Cocktails are created with a seasonal twist. Definitely worth visiting and making it a go to!!

We went to a private event here and wow, everything was AMAZING! You HAVE TO try the potatoes and the steak bites… honestly, I’d come back just for those two. The food was out of this world—I’m still questioning if the chef is secretly a magician. I rarely give 5 stars, but they absolutely earned it. If I could give 6, I would! Trust me, your taste buds will send you a thank-you card.

This beautifully decorated Tappas restaurant brings much more to palate. The atmosphere, sevice, and food is Fantastic..Starting with the delectable appetizers, through the dinner dishes, and oh yes don’t forget the deserts.. our servers were attentive and knowledgeable, we were even greeted by Buddha (chef). I was with a large party so I got some amazing pictures.

What a wonderful place to spend an evening with friends inside or on the patio area!! Food, drinks and service are phenomenal!! Every single item we ordered was delicious. The server was so friendly and the manager came out to greet us as well and was so nice. This place definitely had a welcoming vibe and it’s right across from Canton Street if you still want the bar scene after having fantastic tapas! This is a little hidden gem right now!! I had a great experience at Silla del Toto on New Year’s Eve. Just me and my 7-year old son. We had a beautiful booth to ourselves and we both enjoyed everything we ordered. Our server Elijah gave great recommendations and we rolled with it. He was patient and attentive with us and made us feel at home. Hats off to SdT’s general manager Mike Lee. He had a lot of regulars in for NYE but still took the time to introduce himself to a Dad and his kid. Walked out knowing this is the kind of place I want to keep coming back to. This place was amazing! The hostess at the front was super sweet and accommodating. We ended up sitting at the bar, and it was great! The ambiance in there is lovely. The drinks were great – we got their build your own gin & tonic, their tequila cocktail, and some sangria flights. All amazing. Our favorite tapas were the bacon wrapped dates as well as the croquettes! An amazing dining experience from start to end. We got to chat with the owner, Alexis, who was so kind and welcoming too! Definitely recommend.
